Breakfast could have been better. Just two items were there, idly and vada with tea/coffee. Maybe a dosa/poori and sweet would be great. But not a big complaint.

Good comforting stay. AC rooms, clean toilet, comfortable bed and TV. Room was spacious enough with cupboards, chair and table. Hot water was 24x7 which is good. Front desk was helpful and also has a lift.

We expected 2 main course of breakfast, but was served only single main course (idly, Vada, dosa missed breads) but provided was sufficient and tasty

Rooms were clean to Treebo standard like how we see in other Treebo hotels. Good car parking. Though location in ring road, hotels towards main Mysore are 20 mins away by car (was not a problem to us).

But cleanliness of washroom was a concern. Proper quilt was not provided for 3rd guest. Staff is totally unprofessional. Service needs improvement. morning breakfast was also not satisfactory. It was below average.

Location is good. Rooms are spacious with almost all amenities. Ambience is good. Rooms are ventilated.

Breakfast taste not that great, some items had limit and it was wrapped in newspaper too, felt unhygienic, did not have continental, ambience was not good and served in terrace floor where the working staff were staying. Charged for additional bed which we were supposed to get as per our booking, refused to give receipt for that payment too. Blankets had large stains on them. Number of parking spaces inside the building was not enough.

Service was good, responding to issues quickly.

1. There is no instant water heater for bathing. 2. There is no RO drinking water filter available in the hotel. They have kept water cans. 3. Complementary breakfast is a joke here. There is no continental breakfast in the hotel. Everyday they give only Idly vada (2 idli + 1 vada only). 4. There is no tea maker/kettle in the room.

Expected bath towels and soaps in the bath room. There is only one bath towel provided and no soaps provided. Breakfast time is too late and also breakfast not good at all.

Location of the hotel is next to Ring road so it is easy to reach. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast area was shabby and items were limited. Lighting in the room was not adequate as some lights were not functioning. There were not adequate materials or even cups for preparing our own bed-tea.

Rooms were clean. Toilets were very clean. Mr. Ali in the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hot water and cold water were available at good pressure. Airconditioning was superb.
