Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Basic amenities missing - not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom , towels were not kept in the bathroom The AC was leaking

Linens were dirty. They don’t support sustainable travel as they don’t provide refills drinking water . You have to buy their expensive packed drinking water bottles.

It's not value for money. I was charged rs.4400 for a night for a very small room and the stay didn't even have complementary breakfast opion.

Not at all recommended for long stays. They neither have kitchen so no breakfast options( you can order on Zomato or swiggy) nor any basic amenities like laundry. Understand they don't have inhouse laundry service but then no tie up with external laundry services. All you have to do of ur own tats searching for laundry service somewhere outside. They don't even have even contacts so not at all recommended for long stays. for short stays it can be considered and if you are peace lover then it's great.
Clean and well maintained property with really great ambience and Greenery. Highly recommended for short stays of a days or two at Max.

Cleanliness is going down compared to when I stayed here 2 years ago, especially bathrooms. Cleanliness is the main reason I am chosing RA Residence and if it still goes down then I have a problem

There is no provision of shampoo or cream etc which should be there ! Guard is rude and can be better and should treat the guests better ! There should be a sign board at the main entrance of the prabhavi tech park for the hotel ! It would be great if the above stated points are looked upon and improvements are made 😇
The rooms are attractive though small ! There is provision of fridge and microwave which we used a lot and came quite handy ! The bathrooms are clean and good to use ! The receptionist was well mannered and well spoken so overall the stay was great and liked it !

Well worn bed sheets. Some more space could hv been there if the standard room had a queen size instead of a king size bed. Little cramped so.
The staff were helpful. Value for money. Eateries nearby. Washrooms were clean.

- The room size is quite expensive for 4k/ night - Dirty linens - Absolutely unwashed and dirty pillow covers. Fortunately for them I checked in late around 11pm & realised the filthy stains too late at night for relocation to different room. - Room main door not working for all the rooms in 2nd floor. (Myroom being 203). The RF card given is an Absolute dud waste. Every time you go out, you had to call reception to open the door manually as RF reader machines aren't working. - Unprofessional and disgusting ppl had placed expired water bottled in room. Unfortunately for me and fortunately for them, I realised it only after drinking the water. - There is chaintanya Paratha plaza on main road. Hotel cheekily kept the entire menu of Chaitanya Paratha but with double the rates with double the waiting time. (45mins) Despite all these hazzles, if visitors indeed do intend to go here, Would recommended visitors to directly walk to Chaitanya paratha plaza (100m) from property and eat the same at half thr price and faster service than depend on hotel staff.

The staff was extremely rude, i had reservation for 2 nights, but due to the correct amount not reflecting in the app(after some cancellation), i paid only for the 1st and was gonna pay for the 2nd day later sometime, but the receptionist kept calling for money every 30 mins from 10.30 and kept calling till 1. We checked out at 11.30, 30mins later that their time and was harrased to pay extra
