We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Indiathere was lack of daily needs like towel, shampoo, soap, slippers that are basic needs included while booking room. somehow cleanliness can be improved. breakfast was not up to mark and food was costly compared to outdoor market. have food outside the hotel as there are plenty of restro's and food stalls

IndiaTerrible experience, room was full of rat shit.. I have to downgrade the room . No response from the staff when you call reception they will never respond, they mentioned continental breakfast but served a sandwich. Not value for money. It's not a hotel, though.. Floors are dirty. Make sure to check rooms before staying and never pay any advance . They did not provide cot for the infant, too.. and no geaser at the bathroom.

RussiaA very nice hotel! A clean room and comfortable bed, a good bed linen. A very nice and good location, just 5 minutes to Karol Bagh metro station. Near hotel is lots of cafes, shops, markets, bazaar. A calm and safe environment near and inside hotel for lady. A very friendly staff. A very good price. Breakfast was included. Just enjoyed of tasty breakfast and missing it here in Russia)) Thanks for wonderful staying. I recommend!
