KuwaitCheck in was requested at 1.00 PM but I was made to sit for 3 hours and then I was given a horrible room whrein A.C was not working, the technician came to fix but again it did not work. It was very hot in the room, somehow I had to stay there only because I need to catch a flight . Very very bad experience

IndiaIt was a bad experience that when it was raining, the guests got wet before entering the lobby because there was no portico or cover to protect the guests from the rain. The staff provided umbrellas, but they were insufficient. The floor became wet and slippery, risky for the guests. The hotel has to soon do something about it. I think it is not very difficult or expensive to construct a portico/celing at the entrance.
Breakfast was excellent, well-made non-spicy. The variety was very good. The staff in charge of the breakfast arrangement were very smiling, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was very good, in the heart of the city and close to shopping area.

United KingdomThe taxi fare to the airport was very expensive compared to local taxi/ Uber. Had no choice but to use it. Only one tooth brush and bath towel in bathroom. We were a couple so felt a bit weird. Had to call receptionist for supplies.
