Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomChanging room and locker area. Had a massage and the lady chased me out telling me I haven’t paid. Staff were told to put it on the room. This happened with my wife too. Poor unprofessional coms in this area. I was not trying to evade paying but this is how I was made to feel by my masseuse.
Decor and comfort. Steam room not clean and some building work was taking place. Great check in experience done by the manager. First class. Good view of pool. Some showers nearby would be useful.

IndiaThe blanket provided on the bed had stains i was given 517 room first then when i showed the stain i was upgraded to a mini suit 512, but still i found the stain on the blanket. Its not the staff's fault. The entire staff was really helpful they cleaned the room as many times i asked for. But as Radisson is a big hotel brand it should change or recycle linens frequently. Otherwise the stay was great.
I like the hospitality of the entire staff very humble and helping.

IsraelWe had an early flight, so we ordered an evening before some breakfast fron room service for 6 am. We made sure they knew we needed to leave early. They delivered the food and coffee at 6:20 when we were on our way, got the order wrongly, and billed us for this.
