How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room smell was a damp. Gym was excellent except staff were keen to turn off air conditioning. Could not speak English to explain why.

The food especially on the a la carte menu could be better.
The usual Radisson feeling that one gets all around the globe. Staff were friendly, attentive and willing to help. They made up by upgrading my room some issues that I had with the room that was at first allocated to me.

We left our key in room….. and requested to Deepshikha on front desk …. She has denied to provide us another key…… stating that … we issue only one key per room . I have stayed more than 20 times in this property in past 1 year . I have never faced such inappropriate behavior from any other employee . I have tried to contact some senior person but there was nobody to answer. Deepshikha has very rude even explaining the above policy .

The property is a bit over priced.
The breakfast was very good, catering to all cuisines. very helpful staff. The location was quite close to the expo mart and transport access and shopping centers close by.

Generous breakfast buffet in the combination bar/restaurant. Concierge staff were very helpful and prompt for local car hire. Fair prices and value for money.

There were some positive aspects, my overall experience was quite frustrating due to multiple issues during our stay. The check-in process was complicated and time-consuming. Upon arrival, the staff member could not initially find my reservation in the system, which took several minutes. After some searching, he located my booking but then requested the booking code and confirmation again, creating unnecessary delays. We expressed interest in extending our stay for an additional night, but he informed us that it wasn't available at first. Eventually, after we completed the check-in process, we asked again about extending our stay. This time, he managed to secure us the extra night but mentioned a payment we agreed to, which felt a bit disorganized. Once we finally got to our room, we were pleased to find it spacious and comfortable, which was a relief. The next morning, we went downstairs for breakfast. While the food was delicious, the experience was marred by the impolite and loud behavior of the breakfast staff. Fortunately, one of the staff members who served tea was friendly and pleasant, providing a small respite from the otherwise chaotic atmosphere. Later that day, while attending a relative's wedding party, we received an unexpected message stating that our room was not confirmed, and we had to pay an additional amount if we wanted to secure our reservation. This was incredibly stressful and totally unexpected, given that we had already spoken to the front desk about extending our stay. Unfortunately, the chaos did not end there. After wrapping up at the wedding, we returned to our room only to discover that our keys were not working. After another trip to the reception desk, we had to pay again to gain access to our room. This lack of communication between staff members and the overall disorganization was frustrating and disappointing.
