We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe place is amazing. The interiors are tasteful. I travelled with family and these guys kept my "super active" kids engaged. They have multiple activities everyday that didn't make him miss the lack of put door play equipments. The food and the spread was great too. But the real kudos goes to the helpful staff. Right from the front desk to restaurants, these guys are always ready to help. Being on a wheelchair and with a super active kid can be tiresome but these guys helped me beyond words, that too with a smile. P.s. they also provided us a free upgrade considering my request for a spacious room.
