The overall Area including Gardends, the walkways, the reception with Drum and Indian style welcome. Full of greeneries . Some thing very unique.

The breakfast and Lunch/Dinner were supert. The servive provided was also the best. The view from Restaurant to Outside was full of Nature. The room was very clean, though the furniture was of Ols Maharaja style.

Typically large properties have room with some ongoing maintenance The rooms had issues with plumbing and Airconditioning Which were attended to promptly however we were required to be present to fix it, which is a time loss

My stay at this property was an exceptional experience. The architecture and ambiance were truly breathtaking, giving the feeling of living in a palace. Every corner of the property reflected elegance and charm. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more memorable. I would especially like to highlight the efforts of Mr. Siddhartha, who ensured our check-in was seamless. He thoughtfully shared all the essential details about the hotel with me on WhatsApp for quick reference and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality, attention to detail, and grandeur of the property made this visit remarkable. Without a doubt, it deserves a full 5-star rating from me.

Rooms were clean and good sized. Bed was comfortable. Though pillows were little too soft, but that was ok. Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety. Services were very nice.

I stayed at Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa in June with my family, and honestly, the experience was extremely underwhelming – especially for the ₹66,000 we paid for 2 nights (₹33,000 per night) for just room and breakfast. At that rate, you'd expect premium service and a seamless experience, but what we got was far from it. To start with, there was a 2-hour power cut during the peak summer heat, and absolutely no proper backup or communication from the hotel staff. Imagine sitting in a hot room with kids, without air conditioning or any explanation. For a property carrying the Radisson Blu name, that’s inexcusable. Then there’s the issue of extra charges for almost everything. Want to use the kids' play area? That’s extra. Want to rent a cycle? Extra again. Need a simple safety tube for the pool? That’s ₹800 – and there’s not even a proper kids' pool. It really felt like the resort was trying to squeeze money out of guests at every possible turn, under the pretense of being a “luxury resort.” What was even more frustrating was the poor service at the breakfast area. Waiters acted completely indifferent, and we genuinely felt like second-class guests. No one attended our table, there were no forks or spoons laid out, and we had to keep asking just for basic things. The attitude was cold and careless, which is shocking for a property at this price point. Despite paying a premium, we were treated no differently than budget guests. If I had known this is how the experience would be, I would have chosen a more transparent and genuinely family-friendly hotel. Bottom line – this resort is all about collecting money, not offering real hospitality. If you're planning a stay here, especially with family, I’d strongly suggest you reconsider. There are better options in Udaipur where your money will be respected and your experience valued.

The noise level- especially the works that were going on with the wedding preparations at 1 and 2 am. Also, the room near us- had a loud party at 3am. Guests should be informed about not making excessive noise when checking in.

We asked for few amenities and waited for an half hour which was not expected if you are spending that kind of money and not getting that services. Bit disappointed.

Location was good. Facilities were good. However, we had asked for few facilities which should be done before we enter in room.

Luckily or unluckily, I was there when the room was cleaned and I didn't like what I saw.. Never thought room and glasses were cleaned that way. Also, the front desk should be a bit more courteous.
