The property was well-managed, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable from start to finish. One of the standout features of the hotel was the food – there were plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the quality was consistently great throughout my stay. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual meal or something a bit more elaborate, there’s something for everyone. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, which was a huge bonus for families with kids. The kids’ area was well-maintained and offered plenty of entertainment options, ensuring that the little ones were always busy and happy. It really made the stay more enjoyable for us. While the hotel isn't located directly on the beach, it’s 5-minute drive away, so it was not as easy to get to the beach, you have to drive or hire a taxi for the same. This was actually a nice compromise, as the property felt more peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great food and activities.

The glass window of the bathroom was a very weird design choice. The curtain inside was not even sufficiently covering the window no matter how much we tried. It was very awkward for a family. Just don’t see the point of having such a large window into the bathroom.

The service is really below-par for a Radisson. We had to call the reception at least 5-6 times for any issue we had and then go over to the reception to actually get it done.

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is also good. The breakfast spread is also extensive and tasty

Hotel has its own club which play loud music till 4-5 in the morning and all music sound comes to your room so you cannot sleep peacefully at night

AC was not giving Great cooling and FAN Remote was not working.

Heated water is a problem, be it the water in the swimming pool, or the supply to the shower in the bathroom. Both could be improved as we were uncomfortable in the cold pool water and the shower water early morning wasn’t hot enough for a quick shower to be possible.

The management could have been more accommodating. My boyfriend got food poisoning and there was no doctor or anyone that could help us.

There were quite a few things not working when we arrived and we had to ask the staff to fix them. Phone in the room didn’t work despite raising a complaint few times.

It’s a very mediocre facility. According to staff, it’s a 2 year old property. But there very water leakage across the property. I’m my 2 days stay, the breakfast spread was same for both the days. Though the restaurant was located on ground floor, there were water leakages in ground floor too.
