The rooms are small with a small mesh window for ventilation which seems inadequate. Expected air conditioning in an accredited 5star hotel.

Minor cribs - AC in the room wasn't really working although manageable without it considering the weather and openable windows F&B discount for members should include at least non-alcoholic drinks which was a bit disappointing to see.

Great location and property. Although facilities are limited (No Spa, pool etc) overall amenities provided are good. Food is great especially local cuisine included in the menu is a must try! Staff is very supportive and make your stay worthwhile!

1. High Tea timings are between 4 to 5 pm. It should be increased at least by an hour. 2. Also there should be no time limit for welcome greetings and drinks. 3. There is no fitness centre attached.

The hotel is located on NH5 abt 16 kms fm Simla. The valleyview rooms provide great view of mountains and valley. Breakfast is excellent. High Tea is very good.Buffet dinner provides wide variety of food. A la carte menu is also available.

Soda water for drinking not available easily. Required drinking Soda water for immediate health issue. One of the hotel employee Ms Megha Sharme went out of her way to help.

The employees. Very courteous, professional and always service with a smile. Should mention three of their lady employees Ms Megha (overall), Ms Kusum (at restaurant), Ms Dikshita (front desk). Ms Megha Sharme was exceptional in her approach. Very humane.

No one was present at the entrance. No play area/ garden/ ground for kids. Only 1 restaurant.

Restaurant staff was very polite and attended us nicely. Lobby area was beautiful.

The property doesnt have any sit out area and no activities or play area for kids.

Location is amazing and well connected to all places in Kufri. Though you need a car to go anywhere in Kufri. The staff was outstanding and went beyond and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Govind, Chef Ramesh, Chef Amit and everyone else was exceptionally committed and helpful.

Several facilities like gym, swimming pool etc are not operational. Breakfast menu is very limited as compared to other redisson properties. They really need to work on that.

The rooms which were allotted to us had a huge wall outside the window. this same is not mentioned anywhere on the site. Ultimately we had to upgrade ourselves with extra cost to a room with a view. I mean who will come from a city and would will stay in a room which has a huge wall outside the window. They should mention it on site, there is no clear picture provided to the guests. Hi tea should have some more spread. Because of low occupancy, during our stay, the spread was limited.

Very few things indeed. I think for the family room, there is no option to close the door of any one room (or even the wardrobe area), which is a problem (especially for changing) as both rooms are open to each other. The view of the family room was also very dull.

We loved staying at Radisson Kufri. We had booked one family room and one deluxe room. The location was awesome and the view from the deluxe room was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff (almost all of them including all the front desk staff) was very warm and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant staff was also very good. Special mention to Mr. Govind who was very professional and always prompt with our requests even when the restaurant was crowded. We also used the tour options provided by the hotel and Mr. Raman was very helpful in planning the tours, especially some out of box tours that gave us glimpse of the life in the area. Overall we had a wonderful time there.
