IndiaA certain attention to detail seems to be lacking. For example, the water kettle was broken, the phone was incorrectly attached. Limited channels on TV. The TV remote had low battery. Everything else was really good, however an overall experience can be elevated, if certain quality-checks are maintained, especially before someone checks in. Also, the ala-carte food wasn’t up to the mark. We had ordered Grill Chicken, Fried Rice and Cold Coffee - All of the dishes were underwhelming.
Really well maintained, and the staff is exceptionally accommodating! The buffet options is really good.

IndiaThe dining resturant needs to be more efficient and effective, the staff handling the resturant is good and need to be trained to ensure the tables and guests to be attended, the procedure to manage the table desk, all the sections must be handled and monitored by the floor supervisor which is not being done correctly. There is definitely scope for further improvement. There must be a person assigned to check the taste and quality of food kept at buffet counters during breakfast.
