The price is competitive. The quality of food is very good. We had previously always stayed in the nearby large hotel, and the food there was lavish, but Radisson food is not only with full of variety but more importantly the quality of food is very impressive!

The food... No options for breakfast and dinner buffets. Whatever little options were there, were largely Veg. The non veg counter never had more than 2 options and was planned away from veg, as if it would spread some contamination. The service was acceptable but slow. The frosted glass in the Bathroom did not have an opaqueness enhancement mode or curtain. The welcome fruits in the room were dry and stale.

The swimming pool is small and gets crowded. Not enough sitting place for guests who wish to enjoy the evenings outdoors.

The breakfast and dinner need more options for vegetarian guests.

There was no dressing room at the pool area. The pool was rather small. The fitness centre was ok.

The staff was very friendly and enquired constantly about adequacy of service. Rooms are very comfortable but the AC remote did not seem to work. It did not affect my comfort though I would have liked to reduce the cooling.

However the two times I ordered in room dining the food was below average. I ordered pizza first - it came without the veggies being grilled or sautéed and the cheese was bad. It clearly tasted stale/reheat. Just couldn’t eat it. Sent it back - the second pizza veggies was good , but the cheese was terrible quality. It reminded me of pizzas that udipi restaurants make. So I removed the cheese and ate it as I was hungry. The other order was Bombay masala sandwich and it was really not tasty at all. The filling was average and then there was sev. Considering I’m from Mumbai I didn’t like it. Plus the charges are way more for in room.

I liked the room size, it was comfortable, well done. The food at the restaurant was good, had lunch and breakfast there. Excellent service , delish food and good ambience. Overall good trip.

Room floor and washroom weren't clean enough. For a person who prefers to stay barefoot indoors, floor wasn't clean enough. In the washroom also shower area floor wasn't clean and was slippery.

Early days as its only started 1st Jan 2025. The approach to the hotel is still under development.. and WiFi is unstable at times. But something that was promptly fixed by the staff..

The pillows in the room are too high and fluffy which can cause neck pain. So maybe they can replace those.

It was my birthday and the staff really made me feel special and prepared a complimentary cake for me. The food was excellent and we loved our stay. Thanks to everyone.

Go here only if you want to get interrogated during the checkup process. We were asked about stains on used towels and we were told this is damage to the property. We explained them we wiped our child’s face after she finished eating the cake that they had only provided as complimentary for birthday celebration. Front Desk person Kritika was responsible for this awkward and irritating conversation. We don’t expect them to treat the patrons after paying such premium charges . This was my first ever experience like that in past 2-3 decades of travel. 5 star hotel staff gave us an experience of worst than a 1 star hotel . Other staff of housekeepers and restaurant staff was good.

We arrived at 5:50pm due to a medical emergency of one of my friend's parents. Just missed the high tea, which we regretted. The pool table was awesome though it was occupied almost all the time.

Breakfast was awesome and staff was always ready to assist in whatever we asked for, I loved this.
