Rooms is too tigth for 3. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The bathroom is also old, but it has been restored and renovated.

If they could provide more snacks in the room mini bar it would be great! Because the location is far from any supermarket. Altho we found one small shop at walking distance from the resort where you can buy ice cream and chips

I liked everything, but the only comment I have is that they could add more variety to the restaurant menu, perhaps more international cuisine.

The property was exceptional and the staff are very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The place is very clean and well maintained. I rarely saw any insects in the room and around the place. The room is spacious and the view is breathtaking. The balcony is very private. The prices of food and spa are very reasonable.

The only slight downside is the pricing, which is on the higher side. But considering the location, ambiance, and service, it still feels like a worthy splurge for a peaceful getaway. Biriyani was not that impressive

We had a wonderful stay at Ragamaya Resort, Munnar. The property is set in the stunning catchment area of the Ponmudi Dam, and the views from the Deluxe Lake View Rooms are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip. The stay overall was really pleasant. The evening tea and snacks were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety with something for everyone. The infinity pool offers a great view too, although it’s on the smaller side — more suited for a relaxing dip than a swim.

First, I’d like to share something I truly believe in, based on 30 years of travel experience: nothing is ever perfect, no matter the name of the hotel or the country. There are always those who focus on the negatives and overlook the beauty. So, just be yourself, stay humble, and learn to love everything around you. The resort is very beautiful, and the view is stunning — it reminds me of the classic Windows interfaces. It's one of the most beautiful views I've ever experienced. Just order your coffee and enjoy the scenery from the room's balcony. I also can't forget the restaurant — it served the most delicious food I had during my entire trip to India, and the prices were very reasonable. Most importantly, there's a person named Sanal at the restaurant — put your trust in him when choosing your meal. He is polite, helpful, and dedicated to his job. He is a key part of what makes this resort special. Thank you, Sanal — I wish you all the best and much success.

While we loved our stay, we felt that to be truly exceptional attention to detail and professionalism need to be improved (the extra 10% that distinguishes good from amazing). For an example, the rooms felt sparse and missed the luxury hotel feel, the fridge in the room didn’t work (they offered we could keep medicine etc in their fridge but we would have liked to keep our water in there, etc), the ceiling fan was hanging out of a bare hole in the wall, etc.

Lovely hotel in a secluded and quiet area. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and alone makes it worth a visit! The hotel is quite far away from Munnar - we’d recommend it for a relaxing stay to completely disconnect from the world. The staff were lovely and the food was very good and fairly priced. Breakfast was also great with changing dishes every day.

It is a little remote but you wouldn’t get the views if not , so nothing really

This is a stunning location in the hills, the photos do not do it justice, we were wowed when we got into the room. The infinity pool is an added bonus. They serve coffee’s and nibbles before dinner out on the garden. We ate here in the evening and the food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced to say where you were. We also had a massage too which was amazing the young girl worked so hard on me and my husband was equally impressed. Please be aware the don’t serve alcohol so if you want any you need to bring it with you. We also did the morning walk down to the river which was great to see it from another dimension. Not for the faint hearted though as it was steep both ways.

Shouldn’t be listed as Munnar. It’s hours away, and had no geographical or cultural connection with Munnar. It w’b be more ideal to list as Idukki.

A nice small resort tucked away on a hill top in a small village over looking the ponmudi reservoir. Perfect for a weekend hideout. Great staff and exceptional service. Food was top notch, but the ayurveda is not upto standards mainly because of some under experienced therapists.

I was super disappointed as I had paid so much so that I could use the beautiful pool & enjoy it given it looks incredible in the pics but the staff told me that no one was allowed to use it that week. It didn't need any work but they wanted to maintain it as is for NYE. It's a shame because my main reason for paying so much was to enjoy the pool with a view. It couldn't be helped as it was the afternoon of new year eve and they were doing rehearsals so, it was loud all day long before the party itself. On NYE the buffet that was supposed to open to us guests took forever and it was frustrating as all of the guests were very hungry and it was well beyond the time we were told it would be open. It was so late that most guests by then couldn't eat and food went to staff & wasted thereafter sadly. It doesn't go to neighbours either unfortunately. I still love the hotel as it is secluded & the staff are very polite but the service needs to be more prompt in my opinion.

The staff works tirelessly & was wonderful at making you feel welcome. They take such good care of you be that on arrival with the delicious welcome drink or giving you a tour of the facilities. The views from the room are beautiful and I couldn't get tired of it.

The rooms are a bit old and regular maintenance is needed. If they are able to keep up the maintenance would definitely visit again.

The location is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It’s worth every penny. The service and the staff are so attentive and accommodating. The food and especially the breakfast is very good. They also customised the food for us and I really appreciate that. The spa is a must visit! And quite affordable.

The views are absolutely stunning. It's a bit far from the main Munnar area,however that actually works to your advantage for road trips as you can avoid the crowds. They have a very decent breakfast spread everyday and the views from the infinity pool are amazing. If you have the time the spa is a great place to unwind and work out the kinks.
