India1. The hotel rooms are accessible from the road. The entrance of the hotel rooms are not inside the main door. The only protection is the door of the room. 2. For any hotel room in hilly area, full floor should covered with carpet for the comfort of visitors. In this hotel only some area of the room is carpeted. 3. The lighting of the LED bulbs seemed insufficient to me. 4. Cost of any food item in this hotel is quite high.
Kanchanjungha can be seen from the bed and from the attached balcony. I always prefer a balcony for my hotel room. The manager is a bengali lady and she is also the chef. His cooking is awesome.

FIRST OF ALL WE WILL NEVER FORGET THE HOSPITALITY OF HOTEL RAINBOW REGENCY, RAVANGLA SOUTH SIKKIM, THE LOCATION IS GOOD, THE RESTAURANT RATHER HOME KITCHEN CONDUCTED BY SRABANI HALDAR IS EXCELLENT, SO MUCH GUEST FRIENDLY WE CAN'T IMAGINE, IN TWO TIMES LUNCH & DINNER ALSO BREAKFAST, EVERYTIME WE TASTED DIFFERENT TYPES OF DELICIOUS FOOD. WE WILL REMEMBER THE TASTE OF SRABANI DI COOKED FOOD FOR EVER

IndiaFacilities were not that good. On the first day there was no accommodation available and I was put in an adjoining hotel, where I was allocated a dark indifferent room where the colour of the room was dark pink. They shifted me to the main hotel next room but there was water problem, which made things like shaving, toilet, brushing teeth very very difficult in light of the extreme cold prevailing conditions.

Back side of buddha park,I request the owner to arrange a car for droop us to Darjeeling, ,as he arrange it was too high price from the actual rent,so at last I arrange the same in a short while with a reasonable price,
