The drain out/suction hole in the swimming pool can be dangerous for toes.

I didnt like the behaviour and attitude of their room boy. An aged one who come into the room quite unexpectedly and without knocking the door or calling bell. Not only a single time, we have experienced the same attitude from the very same person a couple of times.

Good ambience, Delicious Breakfast, Very well maintained rooms and surroundings. Really we all enjoyed very well. Recommending for all especially families. Having said all of these things i canot help saying one thing to the hotel management that you should give a proper training to your room boys.

I think it must be at least 2km walk to the falls, I thought it would be closer. The falls are busy but very impressive. Pool is quite small, but ok for a dip. We were there on the weekend and there were lots of families with young kids at the hotel.

The dinner was good, and I liked that the river was a short walk away as we spent a lovely couple of hours there hanging out in pools. The hotel itself is nice, but without character. We could have a cold beer in the place over the road, and we also ate and bought snacks in other local small places over the road so it was a good base. Photo is of the falls from the roof of hotel.

A comfortable stay for family, clean rooms, kids play area were also neat, close walk by to lake, very near to vazhachal and athirapilly falls like hardly a few km, good food, clean pool, spacious rooms. Very very friendly staff. Nothing to boast about, but quite happy with the service and amenities

The name resort is misleading. It is not a resort. More of a hotel. Disappointed.

The staff are very helpful . Wonderful hospitality. One of the guests has a severe food allergy. They made sure that the food was cooked without the allergens and even excluded the allergen from the entire menu. They made a special dish just for the guest.

The morning breakfast was not so good, for the cost paid felt the rooms were also compact. We stayed in a family room and a suite room paid around 25k which we felt is not worth.

The location of the hotel was good, but for the cost paid don't feel it was worth. It was like an hotel type and not an resort. Staffs were good and the falls was accessible from the hotel.

Clean, neat and spacious rooms. Pool was superb and clean. (not a very big one but me and my kids loved the infinity kind of pool structure). Breakfast was decent.

The towels didn't look or feel clean...many old stains. This in turn made me feel suspicious about the pillow covers and sheets as well. The bath sink clogged a couple of times. The room was a bit small for 3 people. The toiletries, towels, sheets, mattress everything was not enough for 3 people. Everything had to be asked for...but service was okay. View is not great. Very few restaurants nearby. The one suggested by the hotel staff across the road was not good.

They gave us a really early checkin. As early as 9am. We liked the rooms and the swimming pool. Staff people were helpful. Auto stand right outside the hotel. The state bus from chalakudy stopped right in front of the hotel. Liked the terrace area in the top. Nice view.
