We were looking for an accommodation near isha yoga center and we saw good reviews of Rajas residence and booked accommodation here. The room has basic amneties for bed, linen, euopean closet with hot waterr in taps, TV, kettle,.There is no breakfaelst. . However The residency has a small cafe which has some basic food items. There is hot water shower available for the dorm but it's a bucket shower. A proper shower would be the best

we were not happy with the hot water time restrictions. It does not work for people with babies and kids. Please make it available at least until 10 AM in the morning.

When I booked, it was showing as With air conditioning facility, but hotel denied and said that booked room is without AC. So we couldn't turn on the AC.

Location, has front parking facility, can park 4-5 cars at a time.

Hot water is available only during morning, that too very less, post one person takes bath it does not work for the other. The lift was not functioning 50 percent of the time. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel, nearby also there are not good restaurants, if you are not in your own vehicle you will have problems.

The rooms were clean and cozy, comfortable if you are spending 1 or 2 nights not beyond that

Parking created problems. Also there was no running hot water. Hot water is available only from 6am to 12 noon. Also power failure was frequent, though they had generator and switched it on immediately.

No kitchen. They buy food from a local hotel, inflate the price and sell. That too tea is not available. Lift was switched off. We have to order to switch it on, to climb to the second floor. As elderly person was there. It’s 7.5 KM away from Isha yoga. No sufficient car parking. We parked the car on the road. No hot water.

Everything was uncomfortable.

We check in late night. Room was not clean properly .Got lizards and insects. Blanket was not clean. We sleep without using lthe blanket. No hot water in the washroom , as we travel with 2 kids, we boiled hot water ourselves to bah them.

super friendly staff, very kind people.. they even have a kitchen on site with very nice food, room service is available as well and the people who works at the kitchen are extremely kind as well. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit the Isha foundation, perfect with the location, local bus stop is close by that takes you to the center as well as tuktuks.

Some confusion over the room and AC. Anyway, the area is cool at night, AC is not needed.

Good rooms, well equipped, comfortable, close to Adiyogi center, which is a must visit place. Hospitable staff.

Washrooms were dirty and for cost of 3*1400 rooms they provided one washroom to bath and that too common wash room for other 5 dorm rooms too which is not worth it. We checked in at 9 and they haven't allowed geyser to use as they told hot water allowed only from 6-9 am they what is the use of checking in after 9 am? Power was fluctuating They turned lift off at night.. what if anyone needed off something over mid night.
