How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There is no facility to prepare Tea. There is an option to bring tea from outside but the tea was brought in a plastic bag, which is not at all hygienic. They should keep a kettle in the room and two cups for morning tea if they cannot serve tea or perhaps a common kettle and disposable cups...Also, The bathroom was tiny, water flew through to room after a shower making the room wet. We booked the room for two nights. We left the homestay after 1 day due to these issues although paid for 2 nights.

Verified reviewHotel is walking distance from Ram Lalla temple. Room was comfortable. Hosts were very helpful in guiding and suggesting way to temple, restaurant.
Not much but if I have to think hard to pick then I would say that the hotel does not have in-house dining facility. However you will find lot of restaurants near the temple.

Cleanliness is awful with used and torn bedsheets . Restroom contains old shampoo packets and soaps used ones by others with dustbin is like is dusty outside , so cannot touch . When asked , their mainstay was we are from south and make noise on everything ( their words ) . Definitely won’t advice anyone in my life

Verified reviewIts location. the basic amenities in the room worked. The care taker is very helpful in whatever little way he could.
The room doesn't have a window. So no ventilation. The door opens into a courtyard, so can't leave it open. The room has a kettle but no condiments. Had we know this before, we could have carried some with us for an early morning tea. However as soon as you reach the main road there are lots of options.

Com. The Raju home stay in Ayodha very near by The great Holy Ram mandir (இராமர் கோயில்) Very good accomodation near by Ram mandir just 150 metres by walkable distance. . The property owner very nice to speak to him and also guided in patience The property Attender Thiru. Diwari Very good man. He was also accompny with our family members 6 nos out of 5 womens sisters daugter, and wife My best recommend to any one from Tamilnadu and all over state of india Come to Ayodha with family especially in womens no fear with good security provided in this home stay. The Gentleman Diwari room assistant very warmful welcome with my family members Never forgettable human beings man. My 100% assurance to those who come to Ayodha it is very safest place and good amenities I gave 10 stae to this property and his owner Dr. Professor and very nice room assistant Sriman Diwari sir M.
