IndiaThe fact that they forced us to pay the entire amount upfront ~ 7 days before actual arrival even though on the website of booking.com it was clearly mentioned that prior payment is not required and you can cancel upto 24 hours of arrival. We were denied this stated policy which was a big breach of trust.

IndiaThe roof top restaurant Services are poor. The room service was also very poor where it took 45 mins for just bringing a bottle opener. The prices in the restaurant seems to be quite high compared to the service quality and the quantity of food served.
The rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony in the room was awesome. The food was tasty. Spa was refreshing and the valet Services are awesome. The restaurants are good with great ambience but the service in the roof top restaurant was not upto mark.

United Kingdom1. In night, they took 45 mins to arranged extra bed mattress after calling them mutliple times. 2. Breakfast was not upto the mark, very slow service and not professional chef. 3. During check-out, we had callled mutiple times to take down our luggage from the top floor, waited for 40mins and finally we had carried our luggage on our own. No Apologise from the reception.

IndiaThere was no iron in the room. No bathroom slippers, it had to be called and asked for. The lock of the main door was jammed. One socket for the sidelamp was in very bad shape. Also, the washroom lock of the room required repair.
The staff was good and cordial. They were punctual and well coordinated. The rooftop restraunt was good and maintained.
