I never drink Redbull. And I didn't have any visitor 2days before I left. On my last day of stay, the housekeeping cleaned the room which means all garbages were thrown away and cleaned up. When the day came I had to check out and went down to reception, the receptionist called the housekeeping and the latter informed the former that there was a used bottle of Redbull in the trash can. So magical it was! First, I never drink Redbull. Second, it shouldn't be the basis because what If I bought from outside. Third, they should have counted the items on the ref prior to my check in instead of checking on the trash. I was told to pay which I would be willing to do so had I been drinking the Redbull 😂

Air conditioning was awful. Switches for lights are confusing.. Electric outlets ate out dated, with round pin still in use..

The only downside is the location, the distance from the commercial and shopping hub - definitely need to be closer in CBD. It’s a large city and transportation whilst not very difficult, is noisy and poor air quality

Large lobby for comfortable meetings or family chats, modern hotel with swift check in and bags in room. Breakfast was good with selections for different diets. Would probably stay there again

They charged me twice and reversed after I pointed it out. This after confirming that they have the payment while checking in. They were short of rooms, so they upgraded me on their own during check in. Never told me it was for one night. Made me shift rooms on the second day, claiming I was not entitled in an impolite tone. I did shift. On escalation the Manager on duty apologized for both. Kindly do watch for the duplicate charge on your card if you book this property. Too many trainees who are not being trained well in the front office and restaurant. Location a huge plus.

Everything was likeable. I did not find any issue that needs to be addressed. Great value for money.

Basic facilities were not available such as giving newspapers in the morning at the doorstep, toiletries. Further, food choice was not available. Same type of breakfast every day. Gym was under repair. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. For the amount which we are paying, the facilities are not upto a 4 star hotel standard
