My check-in experience was frustrating due to overcrowding. Only one staff member was handling multiple check-ins simultaneously, leading to long wait times. Additionally, the staff seemed disorganized—when I provided my name, they immediately claimed there was no booking under it without properly checking their system. Later, it turned out my reservation was listed on a second page they had overlooked. The hotel also has a nightclub, R Adda, on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, my room was on the same side. The loud bass and music went on until 3:30 AM every night, making it difficult to sleep and significantly impacting my stay.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, though it was unfortunately closed after 8 PM. The area has plenty of good restaurants and bars, making it a convenient spot for dining and nightlife. Breakfast was satisfying and met expectations! Hotel is also located in a very safe neighborhood. We had no issues walking around the area at 2 in the night.

At the time of booking shown bathroom with tub but no bathtub at room No one picked the phone at 9 pm for water in room. Room service people say ask at 66 but no one picked the phone on 66 and reception also

I Chose the place for the gym, but was anavailable. Nothing mentioned on the web site. First night I couldn‘t sleep because of the party they have in the club inside the hotel.

Location of the hotel. Did not give the comfort that you are staying in 4-5 star hotel.

Overall staff behaviour we didn't like. One of the staff said to another staff that, not to entertain booking .com booking and they didn't provide us executive room which we paid and they gave us standard room. We changed room twice cause of noise in room due to pub music on 6th floor. We couldn't sleep the whole night cause of noise. Staff need more training on hospitality. As per the standard, it is 3 star hotel not 4 star.

The pictures of the pool are misleading. The room was in need of a coat of paint and tlc

The staff were very accommodating and let us check in early. We were looking for somewhere for 1 night to relax before catching a flight, and I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool, thinking we could have a swim and lounge by the pool. The pool is small but was clean. However, there are no loungers because around the pool is used by a gym, and the space is covered with gym equipment and young guys working out to the usual heavy base music. Technically, you can swim, but the atmosphere is anything but relaxing, and you would have to return to your room, dripping wet!

DO NOT TAKE A ROOM ON THE HIGHER FLOORS As the music from the club is so loud that you will not be able to sleep till 4.am and you wont be compensated regardless of kids in the family

The discotheque.

Everything about the hotel was very good as a hotel, but the discotheque was distubing.. The heavy techno beat that was in the background until 4 a.m. was not good for a light sleeper.

The night club in the same house. Terrible noise of music every night until four o'clock, so that even the bed shook with dullness. I ordered a wake-up call from the receptionist to get on the plane, but he never did. There was no place for sunbathing by the pool, only the gym machines. The breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, coffee was beyond criticism

Location. Some of the staff knew his work well and was practical, room service was decent.

The hotel needs urgent maintenance for everything. Rooms, bathrooms etc feel unclean and dated. Sounds from the nightclub disturbed us till ~0300am.

Favorable and desirable location to be in. ~100meters from Juhu beach and in the heart of Juhu. Staff are courteous and service is prompt.

The bathroom was very dirty and mouldy - pretty disgusting. We were on the 4th Floor and there was a nightclub underneath the hotel which played extremely loud music the entire night, so much so that things were rattling in the room.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room had good AC and bed was comfortable. Very close to the beach as well.

I didn't like the drilling and banging everyday from the room below me. I asked several times for hem to stop and they would for 30 mins then srart again I asked to be moved to another room which they did, where I could no longer hear the drilling and banging :-) However, my new room was above their night club which stayed open till around 2am fkive nights out of seven :-(

Breakfast was good, the staff were fast and efficient The Location was great - one street back from Juhu beach The staff were very friendly and very understanding

Refrigerator didn't work for 2 days . No-one came to fix it. Loud music as there is a party hall/club owned by the property. And there is no optimum sound proofing.
