Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Focus on more cleanliness in cottage rooms. . Also washbasin n commods are quite old fashioned style.
It'z really good experience. Perfect for family. It could be more clean especially in cottage rooms. Location is quite out of city area so travelling could b difficult if u don't have personal vehicle. Dinner was so yummy n live dj with dinner was brilliant idea. High tea kept our evenings vibrant. We loved the hotel.

Little far from city but still can be managed with vehicle if you want to explore udaipur.

The rooms were not cleaned properly- definitely not a five star resort . Wanted to book in some treatments with the spa - but was too cold , no heating in the mornings

The breakfast.
I liked the rooms they were decent but I found the price bit higher than the facilities. The breakfast needs to be improvised and improved to a great extend. I would specially like to thank Mr.Jitendra ji for click our beautiful pictures. If you are here you must must get pucs clicked by him.

The shower and the WC area does not really compliment the room and could be improved. The property did not accept Amex despite it being mentioned on the booking.com page
The room service was great especially the housekeeping staff. The food was okay and the service was swift

Rooms are located far from reception and hence carts are provided, we checked out and inform reception to send cart to carry our luggage, we waited for 10-15 mins for cart but it didn't arrive, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. Not very professional behaviour on this part. Also exhaus in the bathroom was faulty and making noise was not repaired even after complaining.

The buffet food selection isn't great nor is the quality if compared to the A La carte orders. The breakfast spread is too small and designed to cater only 1 sect of people. The cutney's are frozen over night and found lumps of frozen chutney. The swimming pool isn't clean and water is extremely muddy.
The location is extremely good especially the view from the hotel and rooms is extraordinary. The colour schemes depict Greek architecture and are worth falling in love with. The staff is extremely good and hospitable in their responses. Their A la Carte menu and food is awesome.

Sometimes confused service, terrible with the small touches- exposed wires on the ground by a 3rd party for a wedding led to an injury to my 72 year old father. At that age when they fall, it shakes their confidence massively! He was lucky to avoid a larger Injury. Also the bathrooms need anti skid mats. The floors are SUPER slippery in the shower area when wet.
