Approach road to resort is poor. Cleanliness over the roof of Dining/Cafeteria not good. Parking also limited.

Breakfast & High tea was good. Breakfast is having limited varieties. Location is very good adjoining the lake.

The pool could've been cleaner There should be more facilities and services at the hotel since the hotel is in a secluded spot with not much to do outside.l

Rooms could have been cleaner. Mugs were dirty and so was the toilet. The walls had stains. And the dinner service was beyond bad! The waiters took 1 hour to get food. And you don't have any option but to eat there.

The staff is not properly trained.. buffet options were extremely limited. On one of the mornings, breakfast buffet started after 8.30 am. It's not value for money.

Breakfast spread was very poor in terms of varieties, one of the staff in restaurant is very rude, don't want to mention his name, whereas one Mr Kamal provided excellent services that too with smile, plunge pool is a hoax, very dirty, full of insect, leakage problem, filling it a big task, you will need 3-4 hours to fill it. Improvement required in many areas.

Excellent Location just in front of lake, well trained staff, room size is good. Check in was smooth, surrounded by little mountains., front staff were courteous, guided us for local points.

The ambience of the property can be improved. Food quality can be improved. some places require lighting. In the future the management may like to add a gym.

Despite having all facilities the place is not maintained well - rugs in rooms are filthy, there is seepage, doors and windows are dirty, general clean illness is lacking, lawns are not groomed at all. Most of the housekeeping and restaurant staff are lazy and argumentative, food is not up to the mark

Didn't feel like it was value for money. Price is too high as compared to the amenities being offered Very poor WiFi. Major connectivity issues The breakfast spread was very limited. And if guests are few in number, they won't lay out the buffet

-electricity backup was bad! -staff needs to be trained better on their communication skills in both, Hindi & English. -you should have your own travel facility at nominal charges for guests to visit the sariska national park. -reception staff was unclear on the costing and charged me extra later on extra bedding! -calls made to reception for support had a poor turn around time. i had to call thrice to get an extra towel n someone to setup the tv. -technical knowledge of ur staff on tv setup was worse than my basic knowledge on the same. -swimming pool was very dirty plus you need to hv a lifeguard in the operational hours! -key cards and door locking was a pain atleast in room 305, we struggled a lot! -better options for recreational activities, the property is huge n is clearly underused! -the sambar was sweet n idli was hard during breakfast time.

-staff tried their best to give us good service. Hemraj was of great help! -staff was courteous -Indian cuisine food was good.

Complimentary candlelight dinner. Property. Games. People are polite and ready to serve all the time. They take care of all the requests. At Night, the property looks too beautiful. You can do star gazing as well.

there is restaurant in front of this hotel which plays very loud music all the time. at least when we were there from 5pm till around 12 it did completely ruined our stay and peace. water problems at this hotel. water stops coming at times one of our 2 rooms didnt have water at all. which did have water the water pressure was too low. and hot water wasnt there. food had limited ala carte options in dinner and very limited ,so so food in breakfast buffet.

The property is extremely picturesque! It is located in between the beautiful Siliserh lake on one side and Aravalli hills on the other 3 sides. The rooms are very well maintained with comfortable beds. We were able to see so many stars at night from the property because these are no major light sources nearby. The property has huge open space and green gardens that add to its charm. The food in the property's restaurant was also very tasty. The decor and view from the restaurant totally adds on to the dining experience. The staff was very helpful and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. They helped us find out the timings and location of the boating in the Siliserh lake and suggested us best time to do it! My brother and I enjoyed swimming in the clean well-maintained swimming pool - surrounded by hills and lake. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family in NCR and would definitely visit it again. Plus the Delhi - Alwar 4 lane highway made it an easy 2.5 hr journey to reach here for a weekend getaway with family.

The resorts is located at Silised lake and Sariska wildlife sanctuary is about twenty five minutes ride so I can say stay at ratan villas at Sariska alwar is best experience and it scope is improving is continue process 👍👍
