We booked this property for a wedding group. Though i booked seven rooms on over site booked single occupancy, still the owner managed to accommodate all the guests. Everyone was very happy about the stay, the caretaker gave a nice breakfast. The rooms & bath rooms are clean & well maintained. Over all its value for the money paid. I definitely recommend Red Arrow Residency for a budhet stay.

The TV had cable but I could not find some popular apps like Netflix, Jio hotstar etc.

Breakfast was excellent. The food was very good, quantity more than sufficient and served in homely atmosphere. Location was extremely convenient for the purpose of our visit. Wi Fi was free. And I could extend my stay for half day at pro rata room rate.

We booked red arrow residency for our guests attended wedding. By mistake we had booked single occupancy for all the rooms. Though our guests reached the hotel late in the evening they managed to accommodate everyone. The rooms were clean, care taker is very helpful. The foid was good. Over all we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is inside an apartment building. They own different floors, so you might have a room in the 5th floor and another one in the 2nd floor, while the rest of the building is occupied by other businesses and people. To get to the place is a little hard. You have to get through a long alley and there’s no indications, so it’s a little weird.

If you are a non smoker ask in your reservation for a non smoking room. I had to change rooms upon arrival but it was not a problem for the manager to accommodate the request.

The Red Arrow is an older property well kept and clean. The room was quiet equipped with a safe, hair dryer and bathroom amenities. The staff are friendly. Very good set breakfast with omelet, toast, juice, fruit, tea. An Indian lunch and dinner are offered. WiFi works. The location is down a small drive way that services several buildings and a parking garage that is monitored by security guards. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the subway. Good value.

Pls add some variety in the food that is offered especially the complementary breakfast and pls offer complementary tea and coffee and welcome drinks

It was as i had expected it to be. Everything was working and neat and clean. Also, the food was very homely, however it had very less seasonal vegetables.

Just something minor. The light switch was only reachable with 3-4 steps and not on the wall to the bed room but difficult and expensive to change

I was staying in room 506. The room was very spacious. The complementary breakfast was good with nice coffee, fruits, juice and omelette The location gives you access to the city with public transportation

The shower water wasn't very warm (but still ok considering the hot weather), it was difficult to reach the staff via Booking message, dinner must be ordered by 4 pm (which is not convenient if one has a late flight and the staff does not reply online).

Comfortable beds, staff available 24h, AC, nice view from the living room.

This is a great budget hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Had a great breakfast with masala omelette on the second floor. Despite the central location it is very quiet because it is set back from the main road. I would use this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean, has everything you need. Included toast, fruit and omelette for breakfast. The hotel is a little rundown in parts, but it's very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money for the area

They could a bit better with signage. It wasn't easy to find the exact lane or exact building. Hot and cold water is a hit and miss. Was difficult to amintain a prpoer temperature while shower.

I liked that the hotel is clean, staff is very professional, some additional items like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit and comb was in the bathroom along with tea pot, tea and coffee in the room, and breakfast is good as well. I would say great value for money.

Poor signage made it a bit tricky to find (it is down a small alleyway next to a car garage) Slightly loud music on the first night, though it ended at a reasonable time All rooms face a common area, so sound privacy is limited—wasn’t an issue for us, but something to be aware of Would still highly recommend!
