The hotel was expensive and our package didn't include breakfast which is disappointing considering cheaper alternative such as Flora Residency, 15 mins walk into Calangute was cheaper and provided a full breakfast spread. We booked two double rooms. One of which was small and they refused to change it to a bigger. both rooms had tiled flooring and very dirty. This wasn't a problem but if you've got kids, beware.

The pros for this hotel is its location. 5 +mins walk into Calangute. So very little noise, pleasant and peaceful. The staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff. Easy access to transport and taxi's Food was very tasty. Fish curry is a must try. Staff at the hotel saw to all our needs.

Parking, there was no dedicated parking at the property we had to park car randomly outside on road wherever they had to say. The doors were little hard to open got stuck sometimes

Small cockroach! : ( Safe was NOT bolted into the wall, so not secure! : ( Not the hotels fault but, lack of auto rickshaws in the area. Had to walk.

Staff Mini Swimming pool Room Hall & passage ways Books & ornaments in the room on a shelf gave it a homely feeling! Great location for Calangute/Baga beach (25 min walk) Would DEFINITELY book again.

The hotel is very clean. room, sheets, bathroom, were clean. decoration was very nice and inspiring. location is fine, central, bur is surrounded by some ugly old buildings in neighborhood zone. staff are helpful.

Very expensive we stayed 5 days for 2 rooms and paid 47000, it is not a worth, especially the mattress are very old and WiFi is very poor.

Designed very well this property good for couples nice and cosy place. Best of this property is the stuff member every one so nice especially Bhavesh is very nice guy.

1. While the property's location is good, the room space usage could have been better, it was difficult to find space for two cabin bags. 2. I noticed dampness(seelan) on the corner walls so hoping the property gets maintained else will not be a good place to stay in the upcoming years. 3. The door handles opened with resistance (both for the bathroom and balcony) 4. Parking was an issue, ideally some arrangement for assigned parking space should be there, given the tariff is competitive to other hotels which have parking space

Well decorated, the wall painting in the cafe was beautiful. The location of the hotel is good as well, walking distance to Candolim (if you are up for a slightly long leisure walk)

Check out time at 11am. Staffs literally kept annoyed with phone calls from 10am to check out. I find it it’s so ridiculous!!!
