How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1. Front desk was difficult to reach. It had a long wait time and was unreachable a lot of times 2. Breakfast had very limited options 3. The fragrance in the reception area was really strong and strange

Maybe the pool bar service could be faster. I do think that was because technically they were not really open yet and just did me a favor by still serving me. But then it could have been made more clear by written documentation when what is open. But they were overall very friendly, so that is just a small note on the side, not a real issue.
Staff was very friendly, the food was very nice. I felt taken care of throughout my whole stay. It was no problem taking a guest to the room with me throughout the day and also chill on the pool.

Needs a general uplift. The beds are a little too soft for comfort. The room was connected to an adjoining room by a sound permeable door. That was uncomfortable.
Good location. Ample car park. Clean and large room. We were upgraded to a Club room so not sure about the regular rooms. Good breakfast with a regional flavour. Coffee shop makes excellent coffees (though no filter coffee!). Good value for a city hotel.

The mattresses in the rooms were pretty old and of poor form… they need urgent change!!! The food was pretty average… lots of opportunity to improve the quality and taste…
The location of the property and the size of rooms were big pluses!

The beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and the extra bed in the room was quite squeaky

The gym was quite outdated and had not been maintained for a long time. AC did not cool and the gym felt like quite run down. No free water bottles at the room. However, they did provide free water in the gym. Twin rooms on first floor are not as recently upgraded as the superior double room on second floor. The photos look a lot better than what the hotel does in reality.
The lobby was nice and the breakfast was decent. Superior double room was a nice experience. Good location.

There is no temperature control facility in swimming pool.
Breakfast was good. (Filter coffee was extremely good) Swimming pool was great enjoyable for us. Most of the tourist spots are located near by only..Out side gardening was well maintained.

The bar is treated like an outcast room, neither useful nor functinnal. It's a bit like the management don't really want or need it. I would say treat it more like a permanent service. Keep Ravi the regular barman there instead of sometimes there and sometimes in the restaurant. The coffee shop has taken over the outside seating area but if your lucky you can get in there and have a smoke.
First class swimming pool. Staff are wonderful, Lilly in the buffet breakfast and and all round Abhishek, back-up in the bar and in the restaurant.

One of the treadmill in the gym was suddenly stopping while running on it. It's dangerous and need to be changed.
Excellent location with very good overall ambiance of the hotel with very good breakfast buffet which was included. Two restaurants serving good tasty food with pool side restaurant, Gardenia, having very nice vibes all around.

Couldn’t check in when we arrived as the rooms had not been cleaned. Took an hour more Then were given a room which was full of smell of cigarettes. Breakfast buffet was fine but the wait staff are not the most enthusiastic.

Room service was too spicy for almost all dishes, even when I mentioned during order not to add spices to the pizza. My child could not eat. Biryani was also too spicy even though I asked for mild.
Breakfast options were very good. Spa was also good.
