India1) The in room dining order was delayed as the team had brunt the bread. I had ordered for a Veg Cheese Sandwich and an additional portion of fries. We had checked really late post midnight and the IRD order was placed right after check in. We got our food by 0100hrs due to the burnt bread they had to remake it. 2) While we were waiting for the food the TV channels were not working and needed rectification. On the whole I felt a few details were missed during the room check.

Very friendly staff at the reception and dining area, gave us good options for Sattvik food. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable Bed. Quite close to the Airport.

United KingdomThe restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. However neither the staff nor the chef seem to understand the concept of starters/appetizers and main courses. All of our dishes came out together. You cannot eat all this food at the same time meaning that your main course will go cold whilst you eat your starter. I explained this to the staff, they apologised but still didn't really understand the issue. Also there was a private party at the rooftop restaurant meaning there was loud music vibrating through the whole building. Also after the party lots of people talking and shouting in the corridors after midnight. Not ideal when you have a 5am wake up to catch your flight
Good location for the airport. The hotel will arrange a transfer to the terminal for you. Nice decor of the hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean.

IndiaRock hard, tasteless unfresh mini croissants should be taken off the menu. Add FRESH pain au chocalat and FRESH butter croissants only if you are serving this. Fitness Room was very smnall and very limited - Fitness Enthusiasts / Serious Gym Goers should think twice about booking this hotel if they are intending to schedule a workout while staying here.
Service Staff were plentiful, well groomed, polite, curteous and helpfull. Special thanks to the always smiling and professional Anjali and Kajal. Everything was generally clean and modern. Good Value for Money.

IndiaLimited Water bottles should be free in the room. Water bottle charged @ Rs. 105/- each ??? Exorbitant price !!!!! Maximum price should be Rs 30/-. Water leakage in the toilet spray. Sufficient illumination needed over the wash basin for a morning shave.

IndiaWater bottle too expensive @ Rs.110 /= for the Guest ??? Restaurant serving time too long. Tea and coffee ordered in the restaurant @ 125/= --very expensive. Shower fittings loose and not maintained. Water leakage near the commode. Lighting not sufficient at the wash basin for shaving.
