They do not even serve water on the table unless you call them and ask for it. Breakfast time also, they all simply stand looking at their mobile phones without bothering what customer needs.

IndiaDelaying in Food service eg, in Breakfast and Dinner which I had. While I was taking Shower before I sleep and in the morning the Water blockage in the Bathroom area, staff has to work on drainage line. Other than Cattle on the table to make a tea I haven't seen any Cookies and chips packet over there or chocolates and any Soft drinks in the fridge so it is missing side.
Even though it was my First Visit and having short time to stay mentioning few details like Room is Very Good its Perfectly large size room and very Clean, comfortable Stay,, with comfortable bed and a couch in the room, Food Quality is Also Good, Lobby area is Good. I have seen different in that the Glass Jug on the table to serve a drinking Water rather than Water bottle. Overall it was a short but very Good stay..

Sri LankaThey have a roof top pool. However, the shower room was not cleaned properly when I visited. The pool looks like not to be used. Only as a eye catcher as a small party location. We stayed two nights and wanted our room to be cleaned as we were out on the second day for sight seeing. When came back around 4.00 PM still it was not cleaned. A lady later came to clean it but I would suggest they need to complete cleaning earlier than that.
Very new hotel and rooms were superb. Restaurant service was also so superb. very good spa and skillful masseurs they have.

IndiaBreakfast menu is somewhat standard and repeat. Items that get over needs to be brought to the staff attention at restaurant only then it refills. Tea cups and bowls availability needs to be checked by staff regularly. Television channel menu is provided however no channel works. Not sure why they put up a tv in room in such scenario.
The rooms and property is well kept. The restaurant is also very good in taste and options.

IndiaThe staff was rude. We had a chat with hotel staff via booking.com to help me decorate the room for honeymoon. When I arrived at the location receptionist wasn't attentive and they said we havent gotten any such instructions to decorate the room. Also the staff were murmuring to each other about us.
The room were super clean and new. It was relaxing experience
