IndiaOn our trip for 2 nights 3 days they couldnt fix the tv which was not working, lift was out of order, food taste was average and overpriced,adding to it we found one insect in fried rice that was promptly shown to the staff. Served a different veg dish instead of non veg dish. Complementary breakfast was just to say food quality was just below avg. Having breakfast for 1st day , on 2nd day we took from other restaurant. Overall cleanliness needs to be improved.
Location was good , garden well maintained pool was moderately maintained.

IndiaThe interaction part of the damager, I mean to say the manager. We were doing a late check in and that's why I felt, its always good to inform them so I did , thrice but when you were about to reach the property I thought of calling once to ensure that every thing is fine. When I called up, the Manager picked up the phone, and we started the conversation, where I felt he is least interested to receive us. When I ask him if any one is there to receive to do the formalities , He said. "AFTER YOU COME CHECK IF THE SECURITY IS THERE"! I was really shocked, I asked him, What do you mean? If the security is there means? He replied now in a a very casual manner "THE SECURITY WILL BE THERE". Then I asked him, What about our dinner? He simply said "NO". He don't even bother to understand that what will be our situation and if you go there you will not get any market nearby, not even a shop to buy biscuits. Being a GM of a reputed hotel and after so many years association with hospitality industry, I really failed to understand that what kind of management this property is having? Earlier when I booked the property I called up to reach the property to check if the reservation is confirmed, I had a conversation with a lady, might be in there head office, the conversation was good and I felt that I have selected a right property, but it end up with a complete mess. Serious note - They have hired very wrong staff and this is not me, if you go through the review of google you will come to know what exactly the matter is. I would appreciate, if I get the number of the owner of that property. The manager is really a damager, might be he is having good time with other staff in the night and that's why he avoid to entertain guests. Very Very Disappointing,

IndiaDear booking.com, This is my first booking from your website after completed my booking they called for advance payment and I make advance them. When I visit that hotel first of all it is much outside from town building is damaged completely bedsheet, blanket, pilow are dirty, ac is not working properly room are also not clean. I have seen such type hotel before I checked in this hotel at approx 6 o'clock and check out is 7 o'clock and have pay the full amount with zero discount I have for 1 hours only because of dirty property I have never seen before In case of behaviour, steet Dog are much better if i compare with them. My request to booking.com please refund my money because I have booked this resort just because of your trust.

IndiaI have stayed at this resort nearly 10 times over the past 8 years—even before it was renamed from Amantran to K Sea View—and sadly, this visit was an absolute disaster. Without question, it was the worst experience I've ever had here. The check-in time was 11:00 AM, yet we didn’t receive our room keys until 1:30 PM. The excuse given was that the previous guests had just vacated and all the staff were busy cleaning. This level of delay is unacceptable for any resort that claims to offer professional hospitality. What made the situation even worse was the attitude and behavior of the staff. During the stay, if you needed something, they were either unavailable or simply unwilling to help. But come checkout time, suddenly everyone shows up—not to assist, but to stand around clearly expecting tips. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. The so-called complimentary breakfast was bland, tasteless, and completely unappetizing. It felt more like a formality than an actual attempt to serve guests a decent meal. Frequent power cuts seemed to be a regular occurrence here. Every hour, without fail, the electricity would go out for 5–10 minutes. This is not a one-off issue—it appears to be a routine part of staying here. To top it off, during checkout, we were repeatedly harassed by staff knocking on the door, urging us to vacate the room immediately or be charged extra. When we reminded them that we were given the room two hours late at check-in, and requested just an additional hour to adjust, our concerns were dismissed rudely. Given this experience, I strongly suggest renaming the place from 'K Sea View Resort' to 'K Sea Lodge'—because calling it a 'resort' is misleading and undeserved. This place has significantly deteriorated in both service quality and hospitality standards. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to consider better-managed alternatives.
The only thing I liked about the resort was the room. The rooms were decent and well-maintained.

IndiaI booked accommodation through Booking.com for 9th June, but the experience was extremely disappointing for my family. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for 2–3 hours at reception, as they claimed their booking software was not functioning. Initially, we were provided only one room, which had multiple issues: - The room was filthy and poorly maintained. - The window AC was leaking, causing water to accumulate inside. - The bathroom had a strong cigarette odor. - The AC remote had no battery. - Most bathroom fittings were broken, leaving only a bucket and mug for use. - They promised a buffet breakfast, but the options were highly limited: - Poori & sabji - One egg per person - Tea - Bread with butter and jam Additionally, - No complimentary water was provided. - The bed cover and pillowcases were dirty. In short, despite the newly painted exterior, the rooms were in terrible condition and not suitable for a family stay. I would not recommend this place. This was a terrible experience. I strongly urge Booking.com to onboard hotels only after thorough verification, ensuring quality and reliability. Otherwise, you risk losing customers, especially when compared to other major competitors in the market.

IndiaRooms shown in the website doesn't match with the actual room. Room service of the hotel was below average and staff's behaviour was poor. The price of the rooms at hotel is too high as compared with the actual room which is below par and in a pathetic condition. It was a huge mistake from our side to book the room and our stay was miserable
