IndiaDisappointing Experience with Rude and Unhelpful Staff I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I initially tried to book a room offline, I was told that no rooms were available. However, when I checked online, I found multiple rooms still open for booking. This forced me to make a last-minute reservation, which disrupted my plans, as I couldn't arrange special surprises for my friend. Additionally, when I contacted the hotel, they repeatedly ignored my calls. Strangely, when I tried calling from a different number, they answered—only to ignore my calls again once they recognized it was me. To make matters worse, when I requested special arrangements, they refused, stating that such requests require at least 2-3 days of advance notice. To add to the frustration, the room initially provided had a non-functional AC. It’s the staff’s responsibility to ensure that all amenities are in working condition before assigning a room to a guest. After raising the issue, I was finally given a proper room, but this level of negligence is unacceptable. Overall, the poor communication, misleading availability information, and lack of customer service made my stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism and courtesy.
