Maybe, as an improvement suggestion for the future, the abililty to pay via card or bank transfer would make the payment procedure a bit easier. ATMs in town are limited to 10.000 INR per day which makes it a bit cumbersome when higher amounts of money are required. Particularly in regard to the fact that not all ATMs accepted my cards/financial institute.

Mike and his staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and provide an A/C as well as a ceiling fan. When a group of new guests was about to arrive, I was even moved into a new room at the end of the floor in order not to be in the "transit area" between the groups' rooms, which reduced potential noise nuisance. That was prescient and a great service!

Manager Angelo was very helpful! Picked me up cos I got lost. And he was available to help with other things. Saw daily cleaning of the property. Room was modernish and good firm flat mattress, all appliances worked and good air/con. Room was clean.

The owner was very thoughtful in sending us the location of the hotel as it made it easier to locate. Calangute beach was within a walkable distance of 5-7 minutes. The room was clean and bathroom had toiletries present with 24/7 hot water in the bathroom, with refrigerator. Would definitely recommend the place. The owner gave us a kettle on request, also sent the staff to warm the food on request. The place may not have the best view, at night it is too dark to walk down the narrow path towards the hotel. However, good place to stay and gives a homely vibes. We were asked to pay the amount in full on the first day but be assured that it is safe and the stay is pleasant

I had a pleasant trip to Goa this week only since 25 sept to 29 September and I booked this hotel in the month of June and contacted to the owner Mr. Dee Joy and asked for the payment then he refused to take payment by saying that I will contact you befor 15 days to your stay and you have to pay some advance money and rest will be accepted at accomodation only. On 11 sept he sent the video of room where we had to stay and asked for advance money and I paid it by understanding the reason (as a token amount) after reaching there, he guided us on phone how to reach, from where to rent bike etc. And exactly same room we got as shown in video. There is no any hidden charges. You've to pay only the same amount shown on your booking portal. He is very genuine person, daily we used to get 2 bottle of drinking water and house keeping services. Staff were very kind and genuine. I would recommend every one to stay once here and Mr. Joy, whenever I'll be there without asking I'll be at your stay. ❤️❤️

The location is not easily accessible, very narrow road to reach.

Overall, it was good that the beach was very close, serene environment, cleanliness and good facilities.

There was a door between my room and the next room. It was bolted shut so nobody could get through, but it meant I was able to hear every noise from the next room. The "balcony" listed as a feature of the room was just the communal space that everyone had to walk along to access their rooms; it wasn't really a place where you could sit and relax. On my final night, there were nearby dogs that were barking for hours.

Fabulous location. Very close to the beach, but just far away enough to not be affected by the night time party noise. The room was exceptionally clean.

Short walk from beach, the room was clean and as shown in pictures, AC worked, shower had hot water and the owner was helpful. It was all I needed for a comfy stay :)

The little road that leads to the property is not super inviting as it is a little dirty. But the property itself is very well kept.

Nice colourful little building surrounded by mostly gardens so its very peaceful compared to other hotels in the calangute/baga beach area. The family managing the hotel are extremely friendly and helped me several times during my stay. Very nice freshly renovated room with all the amenities, I even had my own little balcony! The location is great too as its super close to the beach (both the busy nightlife side as well as the more chill part)! Also two cute dogs :)
