Ntg for other state guest also they have to ask age , people from different places are coming to beach and other areas they don't expect that you will put age criteria to provide accommodation

Cockroaches on the walls, dust, humidity, bad smell, no hot water and overall, decrepit facilities. No soundproofing at all, and most of the other customers were noisy, smashing doors and talking late at night.

The location was great as there was almost no other options in this district which was convenient for the purpose of my stay. The manager (who looks like coming from a movie) was sympathetic. The vintage rustic look for a local vibe.

Extremely loud at night! It‘s located right next to a heavy-traffic street. But even worse was that other guests would be shouting until 2am and the guys working there would be watching videos on high volume throughout the whole night in the hallways

Water was always leaking everywhere in the bathroom. No mirror on the sink area in the sink area. Very bad planning Dustbin was kept in the cupboard. Very bad position for a Dustbin.

Room service definitely was excellent Reception staff was very efficient and polite.

1) Bathroom buckets and mugs/jugs did not feel like they have been cleaned in a while. It had a very specific layer which you could feel it when touched, so better to use wall mounted shower when taking bath. 2) If you have booked online and in app it shows price as Rs. 1700 for AC room a night.Staff asks you to pay them some extra amount such as in my case was Rs.2000 as some caution/ deposit money and promise to return the remaining while checking out. So carry some extra cash or amount in you digital wallets. 3) During checkout receptionist gave me less amount that expected, thinking that I had taken water bottles, but generally I have seen is that hotels give you 2 bottles of 500ml free and anything beyond that is charged. So I learned that they charge for water bottles which should have been complimentary.Luckily I had enough water with so I did not ask for water bottles and I saved up to Rs.100 4)Water flow in the sink was too low, can not brush your teeth there. So have a spare water bottle to brush your teeth. 5) Bed was not SUPER CLEAN, and it was average clean.

1)Property is easy to find. Especially closer to major commercial buildings such as IT parks. Also easy for transport from ,if you want to go somewhere else for work or other purposes 2)Anytime check in and check out is available.

Hospitability was negligible, felt like the staff were doing us a charity. Not even a single towel was given for us although we stayed for one night. When asked they blamed laundry and couldnt provide a towel during our whole stay. Neither were any bathroom essentials given. Fan speed control was broken so couldnt adjust. Room felt musty and didnt seem to have been cleaned in some time.
