Kitchen hygiene level needs to be better, matter of fact all the places in India the kitchen staff need to be better on the hygiene and food handling, seen a lot of things that are not up to standard but that’s how it works in India.

Bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. Pool was in the next building & bathroom fan very noisy.

Staff were friendly, professional & attentive. Breakfast was adequate, and check-in & out were easy. Room was clean, well serviced.

The swimming pool was out of order and this was the main reason I chose this hotel, also no beer is sold on site

On the main road, so it’s a noisy hotel. However staff moved me to quiet room and do appreciate that. The shower need some renovation, hot water stops at 10am. Breakfast is ok, mo coffee machine. Mattress is comfortable. Staff and guests in the hotel could be noisy, in respect banging doors late night

Put in front of the hotel in old wing with noisy aging rooms and equipment and frequent interruptions by housekeeping staff. Information is not transparent (e.g. should be a card in room with information on available services and telephone numbers, guests should be informed of the existence of a new wing so they have an option, there should be enforcement of noise regulations at nighttime and guests should be forewarned, etc.)

Breakfast and in-room dining was good, staff were friendly, location is terrific. I stayed 20 consecutive days and the hotel grew on me. It is a basic budget hotel for short stays, so acceptable at this price point. The restaurant is very good, with a huge choice of options for in-room dining.

1. I reached hotel at 6:00pm, insisted for some extra time for swimming but the guy at the reception was adamant and denied for any extra minute. I particularly booked this hotel for swimming purpose. We started swimming at 6:20 and had to leave the pool at 7:00. 2. The SUITE that I booked wasn’t provided. it was something else on picture. 3. Few staff members are rude.

The only thing that I liked was the rooms were neat n hygienic.

checked out after one day, hotel has no pool even though advertised, told it would be 2025 before fixed, rooms were filthy, advertised as no smoking hotel but rooms smelt of stale smoke. complained and hotel manager not interested

When we arrived they told us the ACs are not working so we are shifting you to other branch. The other branch was in a very old building. The lift was not working. The AC was also not working properly and the toilet flush was broken and there was no water in the bathroom. Bedsheets and blankets were also dirty.

The hotel service very Bad, bad food, bathrooms bad, tariffs very high as per quality. You don't get hot water more than 2-3 hrs in a day. The staff don't supply regular hot water in the bathrooms.
