With more attention to details in terms of cleaning - the hotel would have been more comfortable stay

Washroom itself had some holes where small cockroaches were coming in and out. TV channels didn’t work. While being inside, I couldn’t lock the room as the lock was broken.

Easily accessible and the room is kinda big. Bed is comfy and the shower/water pressure is good.

Limited parking outside the property. The lift was non-functional. But staff was quite helpful in making sure your car is parked properly around the property if not in front.

Walkable distance to Morjim beach. Rooms were big and the balcony was great 👍 city and sea views available. Happy with the stay

Bad things will struggle with taxi as is really hard to get however staff will help you

Property is amazing and price is reasonable,, staff are very very friendly . Specially I like to thank Shiva who help me a lot , property is very near with beach and there have so many restaurant in walk-in distance as well as with scooter that u can find

Surroundings of the property looks gloomy.

Room and service were good. There's no restaurant in the hotel but you can order food from outside by paying some extra money.Parking is not available at the property. Some rooms have sea view balcony. Location is not much good compare to south Goa. Over all it was ok

Seems to be a new property which offers three-star value at very affordable price. After canceling my booking at a neighboring hotel due to poor maintenance, I opted for this one and had a truly pleasant stay. Friendly staff, they helped me book an airport drop-off early morning. While there is no restaurant attached to the property, there are several nearby, which makes it convenient.

Since they started operations a couple of months ago only, there were a few functional issues, like shower cubicle draining water outside. We informed the owner about the same and he assured to undertake repairs ASAP. Also for Deluxe rooms the balconies face the road which is not quite appealing. Otherwise we did not face any major issues and it was a comfortable stay.

The location is right on the main road and there are many cafes and shops around. The service was very pleasant. They were attentive and made sure that every problem that we encountered was solved immediately. Since this hotel is less than a year old, the property is relatively fresh and the rooms and bedspreads etc are also neat and clean.

Not many restaurants around for choice of food. Moreover mobility in terms of transport is not much great. Hotel should improve their lobby

B/f choice wasnt much. Location is good and not crowded,room is quite spacious, airy and good. Staff is cooperative.

Lack of kitchen is a huge problem no matter how organised and pre planned ur day is. They sure must have invested in interior and furniture wen the property was built coz it is tasteful but things are getting worn out coz of which it might look little unclean at first espcly if u r a cleanliness freak.

Decent budget hotel. Booked 3 rooms. 2 were decent and clean but mine was really worn out. But u get what u pay for, clean beds and average clean washrooms.

The bathroom cleanliness and sheets on the bed could've been cleaner, also a mini bar would've been great.

We had a very pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and accommodating staff. Shiva and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable. They made it possible for our rooms to be close by and that was HUGE! Overall the stay was fabulous! Great location and friendly staff. Do check out their other locations as well!

Firstly, the property wasn't clean. The rooms are recently painted and due to that there was strong smell of paint. Also, the room floor was sticky and not clean. Same was the case with washroom. No wiper to clean the water spilled over the washbasin which makes it difficult to keep dry. I had difficulty sleeping during early hours and late night due to the vehicular noise. It's situated on main road so the noise of passing traffic cannot be avoided.

Hotel was easy to locate. Bed was comfortable. Good restaurants like The Tibet Cafe are on walking distance.

The location is good. The hotel has different room options so you can choose the one you like if available. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my long stay there!
