The food portion is small as compared to the price . But the food is light and less spicy...the main disappointment is you have to order before three hours ....like dinner u have to order by 7 pm ..staff are a little bit rude..There is no balcony so it's a big issue to deal with the wet clothes...there is no such difference between their deluxe and standard room.. outside food is not available..no sea view room is there .

The location is good , there are modern amenities in the hotel ..good housekeeping , budget friendly, lift available , family hotel ..nice stay in terms of room rent..food is available in their hotel..

Options of food in the hotel restaurant is ill managed due to lack of staffs. Taking charges for the packaged food like mineral water and cold drings taken 5rs. beyond its MRP which is unethical. Also changing order of food is hardly can change.

Hotel fascilities are good but restaurants are not well managed it was delayed order due to lack of staff and also options for food are less. They only cook for the order made that's great indeed. So overall its good experience.

Nothing as such. But the in room service can be better. Their in-house restaurant is serving average food.

The quadruple room we stayed in was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating all four of us. While the room size was commendable, the in-room service was average. However, the hotel's proximity to the sea, situated in the charming area of old Digha, made up for any shortcomings. Its convenient location near both the market and the beach added to the overall appeal of our stay.

On the very first day we had to wait as the room was under the cleaning process..Then after entering the room the bedsheet had stains..We requested the guy who was cleaning to change the bedsheet but he said there were no extra bedsheet as it was a washed one they had put..We ordered for 2 black tea but served us 2 milk tea.Room was at the end of one corner and so it was pretty damp..The floor was always wet ..The most horrible thing was the loud hare Krishna chanting which was happening nearby which went till the middle of the night..Location was not that good..Very much interior from the old digha sea beach.

The staff were extremely courteous and the food was Excellent..They cook Excellent crab curry ,chicken Kasa,sorshe bhetki..You should try the food here once if you are residing at this hotel.

sea view if you are on the right side which was the case. convenient room for 4. 3rd floor for the view. staff very very friendly! i love the location in old digha, remote from new digha, very close to the Bite restaurant, and 2 minutes from the sea!

Location is not better, Facilities are not better, Staff behavior is rude and unpractical. Kitchen services are not better and not available in the morning before 8:30AM. Any person who's morning is starting with a cup of hot tea and newspaper, will have a terrible problem.

The room is good but the charges are not adequate as per the room and facilities provided. Old Digha Sea Beach and Digha Mohana Beach are nearby, but the market area, shopping places, and other attractions are far away from the hotel. In my opinion this hotel is suitable for those persons who have to enjoy retired life and need cool and steady places.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was just to good to not like!

'Twas really spacious, exactly what was shown in the picture, staff was friendly and helpful, the manager even came and picked us from the station though it was 2:00 in the midnight, was just a min walk to the beach, had an elevator, and overall was an wonderful experience.
