Its a low budget hotel , so entrance for facilities are not something to look up to.

They need to emphasise on cleanliness. Basic things like door mats, bed covers, etc., need to be replced immediately.
Breakfast was not available because of shortage of staff.

We were travelling with 86 years old mother. We had booked the room as per the needs. As we checked in we were given a room in the ground floor which was damped , with no ventilation and the washroom was outside the room. We requested them to provide the deluxe room which we had booked for. They provided us another room in the first floor, which was fairly better but had no electric kettle to make tea. We were disappointed
We are pure vegetarian so we didn't have breakfast

Firstly it's not a resort, but a budget hotel. It has dirty open parking. It does not provide toiletries. Even towel is provided if you ask for it 10 times. All facilities in the room is of typical budget hotel or a lodge. It's certainly Not three star. Breakfast is very poor quality and one should avoid. Even soap bar is not provided. Yes staff are ok.
It is located very close to airport. That's only good point.

Both the rooms were stinky, dirty, and unhygienic. We asked for Plates All we’re dirty had stinky plates. Pillows had disgusting stains and an awful smell. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were completely ignored. The photos on the websites are highly misleading the real condition is far from what’s shown. Drinking Water Situation: They didn’t even have sealed drinking water bottles! When we asked, they gave us some unsealed, suspicious water claiming it was “purified”. Later, they handed us a refilled old bottle. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. We were forced to order drinking water online from Swiggyinstamart/Blinkit Waste of Money: This place is nowhere near worth ₹2000/night. It’s not even worth ₹500. You're better off sleeping in your car or at the airport lounge. Fake Reviews Trap: Be warned — the majority of 5-star reviews are clearly fake. Don’t fall for them like we did. The reality is drastically different. The hotel management seems to be running a scam by manipulating reviews. Finally i would say that The only positive is that it’s close to the airport. But that alone can’t justify the pathetic maintenance, careless staff, and poor hygiene standards. Do yourself a favour — stay away from Ratna Resort Hotel. You’ll thank yourself late

Worst hotel. Not a water bottle provided by hotel. Even in online it show kitchen available when i ask he informed party going on and you take food outside. Such type of attitude i have never see. One of worst hotel

It's not a resort first of all,very old dark dingy rooms . Food made me feel vomitish . Cockroaches were everywhere.Had to leave the same day to a much neater place at lower cost. Total waste of money

The room was dirty. Floor looked dark and dinghy. Service was not up to the mark. Service staff didn’t know how to serve customers. Painting was peeling off the door and walls. There was Wi-Fi, but was not working. TV started working only after several trips by their service staff in trying to start working. Location and a good, but the entire hotel needs to be redone.

* Hotel outside I’m waiting more than 20/30 minutes .no body open the gate ,nobody receive call .actually I reached at night 2 am like that.but I already informed to reception I camp late night.there take booking but no take guest. The food - Ordering it took 1 and half hour, receiving it took 1 hour, the taste was awful.
