We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe family who run this guest house are so friendly and helpful, I stayed for a week and was actually a little sad to leave them! The locltion is good, tucked away from the mainroad in the village of Saligao with some road side cafes and a couple of fancier restaurants a short distance away. It's also a good base if you are exploring the whole area. They rent mopeds and cars and have a good taxi service.

IndiaThere was no breakfast included in the tariff. I had to pay for breakfast separately. Again I was told to check out at 10:30 am as some guests were arriving by 11. I was expecting the check out time to be 12 noon. I also have one suggestion. If a single person is occupying the room, there needs to be a change in tariff. I was paying for a couple when I was a single individual occupying the room. There was no flexibility in tariff
The room was clear and the service was excellent too
