IndiaBasic amenities were not in place. No hand towels, sanitary items not up to date. Cleaning was poor. We had booked a suite but it was not at all upto mark Blankets were provided only for 2 guests where as we had booked room for 4. Missing items : Glasses, mugs, fridge. Even the tea kettle carried water from long time. It was not washed Overall we had a bad experience Only positive thing was the room service guy who provided us the service
