Issue is one center AC for entire room, it requires much time to reduce room temperature. Only two fans were working, for us room is required only for taking rest in the night we don't mind about it. We checked in 11 pm and checked out 6 am

We reached late in the night I called the host he helped me to check in immediately. Easily located in Google. Room was big allocated with 1 double beds and 2 single beds . Safety wise no issues ok for family members

The toilet should have been cleaned (I did...). Insects in bed. The owner was not so flexible - limited accessories in the room.

Close to the beach and a big shop. Easy to find. Security was helpful. The room can accommodate 4.

The furniture was quite old and worn out, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the wifi speed was not up to par.

The owner and guard were incredibly polite and accommodating during our stay. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach. Overall, it was a great value for money experience.

There was no electricity an hour before check-out.

We arrived late and were able to check in without any problems. The room was clean, we had towels and soaps. Internet worked well.

We left our luggage after checkout at the security office of the place because our airplane was late in the evening. The women at the security did not speak English and let us leave the luggage there. A little later the owner send me a very angry message that it is not their policy to leave our luggage there after checkout time. He told us to get our luggage as soon as possible. So we did and had to carry our heavy bags with us the whole day. So if you want to stay at this place because you have a late flight the next day, don’t book this hotel!

The price-quality of the place was great and it was clean.

Would be good if the room was a little bit more well maintained. - We took a 4 members room and the partition wooden wall was chipping off and was stuck with a tape. - Security was really tough on us when it came to checkout. We had been to the beach and were a few mins late, but the security told us to vacate immediately and made us keep all our bags out of the room. We literally changed outside our rooms and didn't take any showers as well.

We got more than we expected.

Hot water capacity in the geyser was very low. Circuit was tripping off for no reason. Insects were coming in from toilet. Property was not well maintained. WiFi speed was less than 1MBPS.
