We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaHotel is at a good place, just attached to the main road nearby areas looked a bit shady. Lost key to room for which the owners were trying to overcharge a little. Wifi was bad though (in my room, could be better in other rooms), Suggestion to improve wifi.
Hotel facilities were good, they did not overcharge (took the amount mentioned in bill) and were very friendly overall although rooms are a bit expensive, I believe they can reduce their prices a little. Toiletries and water was provided complimentary. It's near to metro and marina beach. No issues during my stay and it was clean also.
