Great location that is only a 15min taxi ride from the airport so this is a very good place if you have an overnight in Delhi before onwards travel. The apartment is in a gated colony across from a very nice park, and there is a small complex with a couple of cafes close by. Property needs an update but nothing too bad, particularly given the price.

No shampoo, Room should have been cleaner. No wardrobe or small cupboard. Plug points to charge phones and laptop not available. Kettle working but lid was broken. When gone out for the day could not lock the door from outside as lock was jammed and door too tight.

Neat private and courteous staff & owner too. Window AC with 4in1 mode was brilliant, Nice breakfast. Nice hot water. Clean towels though different colours. Allowed extended stay with some additional charge

The rate as per location in south delhi is very much appreciated. Staff well mannered and helpful. Facilities as per rate is satisfactory. Food provided which is included in rate is good but paid food (450/- veg and 600 Non veg) is expensive though I didnt order.

The mobile net work is very poor. Food options are limited. crockery is substandard and very limited. Bath rooms very small and their is exhaust fan in it. No sealed water bottles of water kept in the hotel . water is filled in used and uncleaned bottles

There was a lot of construction work going on in the neighbouring flat. It created a lot of difficulty and we couldn't sleep after a long flight from US.

The room was damp, though mostly clean. There were loud guests banging doors till 11am and also checking out early in the morning.

The host was warm and very responsive. The caretaker was homely, respectful and prompt with information and also happy to offer directions.

We had one room on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. On the first floor, other guests were smoking inside their room, and due to the somewhat poor ventilation inside the house, that smoke reached the room my colleague was staying in as well.

This a small guest house. The staff are helpful, and it helps a lot if one speaks a bit of Hindi or Nepali. The rooms did not have a lot of ventilation, and have (almost) no windows, but we only stayed at the guest house for the night, so it did not bother us. The ground floor had a sitting area which was comfortable, and adds a lot to the place. The neighbourhood is residential. The house is located close to the JNU campus, for us it was walking distance.

Location is quite far from the tourist attractions and metro stations, so a taxi/tuktuk is required for every trip.

We booked a family room with 4 people. The room was very clean and large. The owner is very flexible with the timing of breakfast. The hotel is opposite a park, so, there is hardly any noise coming from Delhi. It is a great place to escape from the chaos in Delhi.

The room did not have a desk to write, but went out of the room and used the dining table. The room key was a bit tricky but Amit had to help, the room lock need to be mended. I was told the address different to where I stayed.

First of all I did not stay at C6 but C9 9415, fortunately I had a taxi from the Homestay to pick me from the railway station. Had I took an ordinary taxi I would have struggled to reach the home stay. The taxi driver Angad was good he was polite and took me straight to C9 9415. The caretaker Amit was very efficient he arranged all my transportation and drop at airport. Gave me what I wanted for breakfast tomato and Chat Masala. Room is relatively clean and so in the bath room and toilet. AC worked well.The room although do not have windows but very quiet, very comfortable firm bed. There are healthy plants at the entrance and the small court yard had a very tall mature tree.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a fair price for the quality of hotel. I was working in a very expensive hotel and was happy to come away to this small and friendly hotel at night. I was travelling with stomach problems so was eating very plain food. However the chicken curry smells coming up from the kitchen were great
