This was a last minute booking as our original hotel let us down badly. But Sajjoys turned out to be the best thing about Varkala. From the minute we arrived, Bahaja made us completely welcome, and took care of everything during our stay. The room was large, bright, and exceptionally clean. Pool is well maintained, and large enough to swim in. Breakfast is good with a range of options. Location is fantastic with the easy option of going down to the south beach or along the north cliff. Friendly, helpful staff who easily arranged transport for us. Thank you again to Bahaja for making this such a relaxing time.

Nothing as such since it fulfilled all our expectations.

The property is next to the Varkala cliff and is hardly 5 mins walk. Location is really good and is close to many restaurants. Property is very nice and swimming pool is awesome. The entrance to this property is quite beautiful.

It was awesome. The staff were very polite n super friendly. The pool was well maintained and with good length n depth for a nice swim. Breakfast was really good too. It's a mix of western n local cuisine n freshly prepared. What I really liked is that the staff did not even ask once for a good review but they were always ready to help n made sure the stay was comfortable. Kudos to the team.. would definitely recommend

MANAGER, CHEF AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPING, ESPECIALLY RELATED TO KIDS REQUIREMENTS (PERSONALISED MEALS ETC). THE LOCATION IS ALSO VERY GOOD, SAFE AND HARDLY 100 MTRS FROM NORTH CLIFF. POOL, WASHROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. OVERALL 10/10 TO THE HOTEL AND STAFF.

The stay was nice. Had a doubt whether it was worth the money. Considering the location and the food they provided, I could say we are happy with the stay. The staff were really nice. We did ayurvedic massage also, which was good.

Hot water wasn't coming in our bathrooms but the staff Mr Praveen arranged for an alternate bathroom . Good service by them

Breakfast was very good,,location was very near to the cliff . Pool was excellent and clean and rooms were very neat and comfortable. He allowed us extra time for check out too.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff. I’m not a hotel fan, preferring an apartment or homestay, but we booked this last minute after discovering our original property was over an hour walk from the cliffs. Didn’t regret it at all, mainly because the staff were so lovely - they all gave a smile and a greeting. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, the air conditioning was good and the bed really comfortable.

My partner was ill for a couple of days , but the hotel staff made us comfortable. Attentive restaurant staff. And they moved us, at my request, to a room with a better internet signal, for my use.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, cool aircon, tasty breakfast and great swimming pool. Our room had 2 separate balconies which was a bonus. Rooms very clean and staff friendly and polite. Hotel seemed very quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Location was great, far enough away from the cliff not to be noisy but only 3 or 4 mins walk to it and all the restaurants.

The water in the pool was clean but the bottom looked quite green so it probably needs a clean soon. Communication with the staff was a bit hard at times as they didn't seem to have any recommendations when asked e.g. surf schools and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend the dinner as it took 1.5hrs for it to arrive despite us only ordering pasta and fried rice

Overall a great stay. Very clean hotel and an excellent location. It was nice to have a pool for the hot afternoons. Would recommend.

Nothing we had a great time.

The staff was very attentive and helped when ever we needed anything. The chef was great and cooked lovely food for breakfast and the dinner was also lovely. The rooms were very clean and kept clean to a very high standard
