We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFood (pathetic), Staff (quite arrogant) and experience with car booking. I had booked a full-day vehicle for my meetings but it never turned. NO one from hotel followed up, inspite of repeatedly confirming with them (hotel reception) over phone, their response was like “why should I care”. Service was “pathetic”. Food is pathetic.

Germany- My room window opened in next building terrace so for privacy i had to keep curtains closed all day - There was no hot water for shower every-time i had to call reception for it and still i would not get it on time and i had to take a shower with cold water and i never prefer that - Poor Wifi Strength - Bathroom door was broken i was even asked for pay for Ice

MalaysiaThe receptionist wasn't polite and very unhelpful. The manager sitting right there was very oblivious to what was happening. The lobby was hot, air-con was not switched on. I reported some breakdowns in the room which were not rectified. No tissue box. Each time I asked for a box of tissues they wld send either bottles of water or napkins or something I didn't ask for.
The same staff every day. No variety and the tea had too many spices (masala). Parathas were hard.

Although I am a regular customer, this time unfortunately I will have to rate you low coz of something severely gone wrong. One night (29th March around 12:30 am), two strangers (guys) entered my room with the help of a room key. So, either your software malfunctioned and the key got access to my room or someone gave the strangers a master key. Its unfortunate to experience this as a solo traveler. The two guys immediately understood that they entered the wrong room, so left the room quickly. Please do a restrospective to check how this could happen. Such a situation is awful for solo female travellers though and happened to me for the first time in 12 years of solo travel. Another point I didnt like is that the towels I got the first day werent clean.
