Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom's floor is wrongly slanted and water gets stagnant and causes flooding. The door to the balcony doesn't get locked which is a serious safety threat. The AC could have been placed in a different place as the air thrashed directly on you.

The rooms were not so clean neither were well maintained. We were also not provided any toiletries and other things even after a reminder. The balcony was so dirty

Our stay was far from satisfactory. The front desk staff was unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude. The room we were initially assigned was in terrible condition, lacking basic amenities like a TV. When we requested a room change, the staff promised to accommodate us but failed to follow through. Instead of resolving the issue, they were dismissive and arrogant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
The only good thing about this property was the location.

Ground floor rooms are uncomfortable. Rooms in general have broken furniture and washroom fittings. Does not deserve more than 1k a night.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Cleanliness: I was surprised to find a rat moving around in my room, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, the balcony was very dirty, and the ceiling fan appeared to be neglected. Maintenance Issues: The washroom door handle was not functioning properly, and the room lock was challenging to use. This caused a significant inconvenience during my stay. AC Remote Location: I found it odd that the AC remote was installed in the washroom. This meant that to adjust the temperature or turn off the AC, I had to go to the washroom, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the hospitality provided did not meet my expectations. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it could help improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

I booked a room with balcony but they allotted me a room without balcony. when asked they said all the balcony rooms are already occupied. Why are they even taking bookings for balcony rooms when they don't have any balcony rooms left. No proper breakfast was provided(only 1 option for breakfast) no coffee only tea which was not even hot. Rooms/bathroom were smelly. Beddings were dirty. Broken/Shakey bed. No proper wi-fi connectivity throughout my stay. No operational tv channels. No proper parking space.

Actually the worst is the bed it was a 1 king size bed. But they provided two single beds and just connected both beds. also two different mattresses were provided. Pura raat bs mattress khiskate reh gaye😂 please take care of that

The service was really pathetic. Even after asking for a towel so many times, they didn't provide it. The reception staff was rude, and the cleaning staff didn't even change the sheets despite our repeated requests. The electricity went off numerous times during our 2 days stay.
