Rooms were not clean. TV always had an issue and we had to call someone. the remotes were all interconnected, meaning adjacent room remotes can control your TV. food order takes for ever.

The hotel was very close to the beach, maybe 300m. From the room we can see a clear beach. The pool was also good and they were playing music around it and in the night DJ was also there. In the morning they served a complimentary breakfast which was okish. Few issues: no washroom toiletries were given After ordering food it came after 2 hours and it was not hot The quality of the room with respect to the price we paid was not up to the mark

1. Cleanliness. Should give more attention to the cleanliness of bedding materials, Should change some accessories in the bathroom fittings which are not comfortable or not working at all.

The location was excellent. On the sea beach it is one of the excellent properties at a reasonable price. The most important thing was that the property is pet friendly, one of the main reasons we selected for 2 nights stay for our furry friend, Jinny. She loved the adjacent beach, the lawn, and two other in-house pets , her favourite. The property should take care of the health of those animals who seem to be very sick and need proper treatment. The swimming pool is well maintained, staff are friendly, cooperative and helping nature. Now coming to the quality of food, some negative points are attributed, as per our experience, others may differ. Those who are looking for a pet friendly property, can go in for The Hotel Hindustan Inn, since very few hotels in Mandar Mani allow pets. The charges for our furry friend were very nominal, they were ready to provide homemade foods, though the we did not required for her stay.

Maintenance was not good at all. Doors don't have secure locks. The bathroom lock was broken. Some drunk guests were there who were shouting all night with no one to intervene. Also, room doesn't have any phone to call the reception.

Pros - One day family stay at Hindustan Inn is pleasant as the location is adjacent to beach. The beach was clean, very quiet and breezy. Cons- Room service average and tip based. Only one complementary water bottle, Only one Towel in Room. Morning breakfast start at 9.15 am with Lucci chana dal, bread butter, water melon pieces. Cleaning at Floors was not that prominent.

There is no lift in the hotel though it is a 4 th floor property. Elderly people , people with disabilities may find problematic . Also there is no intercom / Phone facilities in the room which I felt little cumbersome. The house keeping staff didn't cleared the room when we are outside for the full day citing reasons will only clean the room when guests are present which also I felt out of the box.

The property is right on the beach. Quality of food is excellent and value for money. You have to inform the room service in the morning what you want to have in lunch and dinner and they will arrange accordingly. The cook is very good and help to satisfy your palate. The morning breakfast though have not much spread but adequate. The Manager of the hotel is very helpful and goes an extra mile to help you out in case you need any. I would like to mention Mr. Pilu from room service who always there with a big smile in his face. The swimming pool was neat and clean.

Cleanliness seemed to be an issue. Used dinner plates that were kept outside rooms were not removed till 10 am. Not sure when it was eventually removed, as we left by then. Played loud music near the pool, so not a great option for person like me who don't like loud music.

(1) There was no room service, nobody came for cleaning or for providing drinking water. (2)The "Luxary Triple Room" did not offer even a chair or a table which we can use to have our dinner or breakfast. Actually the room was way too small for a triple room. There was no space to walk inside the room. Many fittings needed repairing. There was no plug for the electric kettle near the table. One has to take it to the bedside table or to the bathroom to make tea. Plaster came off from one part of the wall on the left side of the closed door (when looked from inside the room). (3) Unfortunately, the corners of the beds in our room were dangerously designed and it was very difficult to keep ourselves safe while moving inside the room. May not be true for all rooms, bad luck for us, I guess.

(1) Food was excellent, especially the lunch. 10 upon 10. (2) Location was excellent, away from crowd and actually "on beach." These are the best parts and one can come back only for these. Their behavior was also very nice. So, I hope that the owners will take care (as much as possible) of the list of what I didn't like and I will visit the property again in future. Keep going!

However wasn't very satisfied with the room service. They needed to be called several times before they turned up.

The best thing about the resort was the swimming pool. It was huge with great facilities. Even the food was great.
