Property was reasonably clean but bedsheets and pillowcase were used and not fresh and they did not replace it despite of repeated request ,they told us they do not have clean sheets . Food was so so but the service was with very casual approach .

In one word everything. Staff, food, room, cleanliness, etc. Reception staff were very cooperative and helpful.

Should offer more complementary water for a suit . Also I had confirmed booking for 4 of us but they insisted that it was for 3 and asked for extra payment . Finally upon showing them the record they agreed. They said it’s fault of booking dot com. I don’t agree. They have balcony lights centrally controlled so it wasn’t appropriate for a peaceful sleep. Should have staked mini bar with some drinks and snacks for kids. Should proved more towels for a suit room of 4. They should also keep sanitary napkins for emergency or could arrange one when needed.

Fridge was not working, hot water comming continously, after repair only normal water coming, hot nt coming. In short hot cold water problems.

We had to call housekeeping to come and change the bedsheets late at night as we discovered there were dozens of tiny flies on them. Someone was sent promptly to do this, which was good.

Spacious room, good AC, nice rainfall shower in a spacious bathroom, breakfast buffet was decent too. Staff were friendly and attentive.

New hotel so all is clean and fresh. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Dinesh made sure our bags were safe when we left them there to see the Statue of Unity. Pranjal in the restaurant was excellent and had great knowledge of the food on offer. Suraj and Aniket made the resultant work well and Rajendra the chef, cooked some great food, including veg galouti kebab, paneer butter masala, and the delicious saffron special veg. Well done to all the staff.

Only one card (key) per room. Same key is used for lights in the room. If one has to go outside then cannot take key with her/him.

Our driver did not have a place to stay and he had to go away to spend night. Since everyone comes to visit for 1-2 nights, it is highly recommended that some room is kept for drivers.

Some awkward smell was coming in the room, sometimes, not always.

Good breakfast and food. Room and bathroom were clean. Linen was clean. Parking space for personal car.

R No 107, toilet block was smelling badly, smell may be from traps. Even though exhaust fan was continuously on, the stain did not disappear.

I didn't liked service of reception staff members. I didn't liked the parking facility. I believe prices of the hotel were too high. Approx Rs 500 that too for only 300/350 ml of any main course sabji.

Hotel location was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful Restaurant food was also very good. Buffet spread was awesome. Only issue is on ala carte only South Indian foods were available but it was great
