Every time you need to call the property owner for small things. No drinking water facility available. The owner suggested drinking overhead tank water.

The property is located at a prime location but there is no reception. Cleanliness is more or less good. The owner is humble but lacks professional approach towards doing business .

Everything, the room was very shady, in the whole apartment, you are the only one staying. The apartment looks like a Post-apocalyptic building. Inside the room there's only one AC, and only one real bedroom, another bed is placed in the drawing area, all the descriptions are very very misleading, no cooking gas, stove available, only one kettle that too does not work. Entrance is very dirty. No bill was provided post stay. Cockroaches everywhere, tv has no channels. Felt very unsafe during the stay.

One and only good thing is the location.

We thought AC service is in basic facility but this was actually under Paying facility, Rs 500/- per Day with actual Room rent. We paid extra charge for Air conditioner, per Day.

Supply of more towels (only 1 was provided), soap or hand gel (none was provided) would have been helpful. There was for some time no water in the afternoon, but I am sure with time all these will be checked and overcome. The host is very nice, and I would recommend this guest house to others for staying. Summary: Recommended

not like means i am not saying that it is wrong but it should cleared from before i felt bad that when i booked room in my booking it was shown that ac is there but when i did check in the manager told us that it is booking of non ac room and they did not got any update from booking .com so we have to give 500 rs for using ac although we given only 200 he did not argue or said anything bcz he was a very very nice person mr nilu the owner of the house but booking .com should take the responsibility and it should clearly mentioned and if any specifications it should be clarified

A perfect place to stay anyone that may be couple friends family of 5 members they can enjoy it.beach also in walkable distance all cooking aminities from gas induction roti maker freeze ac what all we need in home is there if a family goes for vacation they can purchase and cook all vegetable meet shop also. Neer by if bachelors also they can cook chicken pakora or curry and can also enjoy with chilled beer bcz freeze also available instead of going out and eating unhealthy foods from my point a perfect pllace to stay and enjoy

Commitment for complimentry breakfast was having no time,it was there wish and time to give breakfast.

Nothing I liked ...room was stinking and no staffs for service. It is an appartment not hotel. Spent lot of of going to beach....it was too far from the beach.
