Staff weren’t friendly! We asked for some laundry to be done and was charged 2,700 rupees for it! We were also charged 1,800 rupees to keep the room in an extra few hours. The poolside only had 4 Sun loungers and 2 were broken. No parasols! The poolside loo was in a disgusting state throughout our stay. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Finally we had confirmation breakfast was included in our price but were told not by the hotel.

The room was spotless and comfortable. We loved the balcony and air con, shower were great. Pool towels were provided.

Be aware that Booking.com only uses your credit card to place the reservation. Although it says you may be charged up to the full amount at any time, the hotel kept messaging me to pay a deposit or the reservation would be cancelled. I replied "you have my card, you have permission to use it" was to no avail and it was cancelled. Upon arriving I was told that Booking.com doesn't have a mechanism in place in India to make a card deposit for a reservation. This is a MAJOR issue with Booking.com it need to resolve, so be aware! I eventually responded to the hotel's last message to make an independent deposit but the link took me to a website to "download their App". This is a major RED FLAG that could be a scam, so I didn't pursue, hence my reservation was cancelled. There was availability however, and the manager honored the terms of my Booking.com reservation but don't count on this for you. Lastly, the breakfast was below par and the hotel restaurant never seemed to have any customers. There are tons of places to dine elsewhere however.

I've stayed at this hotel pre-pandemic so I knew what to expect. Hotel is just off the busy Calangute street which ends at the beach. Very touristy area with shops, bars, restaurants right to the steps leading to the beach. Hotel is a bit worn but large with balcony and sofa. AirCon & Wifi worked well enough and about 3 English TV channels. Better than many other accommodations in the same price range. I would stay here again if to locate at Calangute Beach.

The breakfast location was a bit strange with their kind of improvised kitchen, however the staff was really friendly and the food was good so you don't really care about it.

The room was very clean and it had a fantastic Bathroom. The Queenbed was comfortable. However, have in mind that the couch bed wasn't that comfortable.

The manager's attitude was terrible! When we arrived, his greeting was a withering look and the words "No room". When l said that we had a room already booked and paid for, he still persisted "Full". After l showed him the reservation on my phone, he reluctantly checked us in. I didn't expect the red carpet to be rolled out, just a modicum of customer service. When we reached our room we found that the television, and fridge didn't work and the safe was locked shut. The young porter was actually very good in sorting all the issues though, and other front of house staff for the duration of the stay were approachable if not friendly. The room itself had not been maintained well, with bad damage to where the bathroom door had obviously been forced open and areas of water damage, minor scuffs etc. We have stayed in many cleaner rooms but the standard was acceptable in that regard. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the food options were okay but the breakfast room is really not up to scratch at all! Also, the room (on the top floor) is only accessable by elevator. I'm not sure whether the door to the stairwell is locked, but when we tried to walk up on the first morning, we found a huge pile of dirty laundry blocking the stairs from the floor below! This pile was still present when we checked out. I had read many positive reviews of this property, and l'm not sure whether we caught them at a bad time, but we wouldn't stay there again and l can't recommend this hotel due to our experience.

The breakfast could have been better with more fruits, however, egg dishes are always offered and the pool is not very deep, so rather for dipping than for swimming.

This hotel is a good value for money. The rooms are extremely spacious and the hotel is ideally located on a busy road in Calangute, nevertheless, it is calm as the noise of the street can not be heard in the rooms. Next to the reception is an excellent restaurant, the Delhi Darbar, serving excellent North Indian food.

Breakfast is on the fifth floor. The variety of the breakfast was relatively poor. Although the upper floor has a great view the space could use a serious makeover. The breakfast is thus the only thing they could upgrade.

The rooms are super clean and nice (relatively modern). The location is good. Staff was great! Short walk to the beach. Close to the main road but not loud.

Breakfast is delicious but limited menu. Service was good at breakfast time. They serve breakfast on roof top which is a non AC area. The hotel staff was good but needs some training in hospitality business.

Room Size and room facilities. Room was with nice balcony, comfortable sofa cum bed. bathroom was spacious and every things was perfect.
