We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaSize of the room is very very small. Restaurant needs more staff to reduce the waiting time . We had to face an unpleasant situation during check out as the staffs could not locate a misplaced small tray in one of our rooms which was finally traced in in the kitchen .
Breakfast is good . Location is also good.

India1. The property personal first msged us to pay 1/3rd amount else they will cancel booking so we paid him online. 2. Hrs before reaching hotel he started calling us that we are packed and there is no room available so we requested him that we have kids with us and how will we manage in this short notice and we had paid amount too. 3. The rooms were damp with no ac remote with no dressing light fan was working only at high speed no regulator bathroom tap was broken no hot water no telephone to call at reception in short there was nothing shown in photos on website it was worst conditioned. 4. The hotel has two names gadadhara and tb resort. 5. On check out the staff started fighting with us that we didn't inform him about the room condition but infact we had informed staff since there was no telephone we didn't have access to call reception and there were none available at reception. 6 no working canteen not even tea was available. No water too. No kettle nothing. 7 we had to call police to solve the situation at check out and let us leave hotel. 8 other passengers also had same issue with hotel and booking. I will never recommend this hotel ever for even my enemy.

United States1) Hotel asked me (may be everyone) to pay 30% in advance which I did. But, person at the reception doesn't have information about it. He started saying that it may be a fraud transaction even before checking which is very embarrassing. It will be good to check with them before travel. 2) Room size is very small, you have very little space to move around 3) Breakfast buffet menu is confusing (sometimes they arrange and sometimes not - based on number guests) - we had to pay extra as we ordered something outside the menu. Speedy delivery of food is needed. 4) It is not close to temple and ghats, you have to pay atleast 100-150 rupees to auto to visit most of the attractions of Kasi
