Very irresponsible behaviour to ALL. Go away..with no consideration for guests

Paid for room with breakfast but on 26th morning all staff disappeared on a picnic...one person who had no details of my booking was tending to whole place...

Beds a little hard

Basic room with a small balcony and air con which saved us! A few steps away from the terrace over looking the beach. Great spot to relax, plenty of restaurants to choose from

Cockroaches. Toilet was not flushing properly

The guy who received us at the desk in the middle of the night was completely untrained. Did not even know how to switch on the AC. The rest of the staff in the morning were decent and helpful. Good breakfast

The Staff Reshma , Royston , Joy , Parvati were very nice and fun to meet . The owner Anthony is very welcoming. If you have work in Goa for a quick in and out his is the perfect destination near the airport.

Basic rooms. Small bathrooms. Hard mattress. Noisy at night, dog barking throughout the night. Got woken up on several occasions on both nights I stayed here.

Great location on the beach front. 1 Really nice staff member ( Curran, sorry if misspelled) very helpful and friendly. Rest of the staff were ok.

No sunbeds available in the sun. There were two on the roof terrace but the staff wouldn't move them in to a sunny place

Restaurant Rates are on higher side & could be optimized. We couldnt get Tea till 8 am. which should be available in early morning as one has to get ready for work.

Location was Excellent. All facilities were Good. There is Scope for Improvement in the facilities being provided. Staff is nice & cooperative but lesser in no. as compared to the area being handled by them.

Maybe the size of the room and it did not have the hotel vibe. It was exactly like a guest house. Sufficient services nothing luxurious as such. Maybe services in the room could be better, but would not complain as it was a good stay here.

We had a short stay here for 1 night only as this property is close to airport and had a late night flight. It has a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms are not luxurious but sufficient, clean and tidy. There was no issues with the room. The manager who I believe is Sarita was a very good host she was very warm and helpful. The USP of this guest house is the beach view, also the drinks and food here was good would recommend this property in a budget range with a breath taking view of the bagmalo beach which is neat and tidy with very less crowd.

Ants in the bed. Dirty floor when we arrived but they did come and clean when asked. Could do with some TLC, paint walls, side lamps.

Staff were friendly. Good fridge in family room. Manager took on feedback and was kind. Clean sheets and towels.

Perfect location

Most of the shops and facilities did not open till 8.30 AM. We were famished. The cabs and taxis are an organised mafia !! They say something, they mean something else, and do altogether differently. Don't blindly trust them. Check several times and confirm if they are coming to pick you up and what you will be charged.

Fabulous location... property has a direct entry into the beach. Quiet place.
