Booking.Com seems to be looting from customers whilst the actual price is Rs .3k, Booking.com price shown was 7k and after discount of about Rs.5+k. Shall not try Booking.Com if this is how discount works or the loot continues.

Location, Room good but not of the value that's on Booking.Com.

entry of the place is horrible for walking specially if you have elders with you. rooms are like cave with no ventilation.

Rooms are small and room which was allotted to me was not having enough privacy. Bedside windows and Bathroom window were opening towards other rooms front door and passage. Mosquito's is concern too.

Location is good, Basement parking is available but too small. Hotel is new. Ensure to validate booking price during mobile/web-based booking from booking.com. It shows difference at actual check in time.

Rhe manager has shown the services on Booking.com incorrectly. There were no tea making facilities, shampoo, pre payment is required. The reason I selected this place was no prepayment because as a foreigner I found I couldn't pay online. I explained all this to the manager and ssked him to take all the money ftom booking.com. When I arrived my reservation had been taken off but room not cancelled. I was very annoyed because it was late and I could have been out on the street that night. The manager should have cancelled my room or, as per details on booking not taken a prepayment. Because this was a safety issue I have given 1 score

The booking.com incorrectly shows no prepayment, tea making facilities, shampoo. As a foreigner I couldnt pay the prepayment of 10% so the manager scrubbed out my reservation without cancelling. I arrived late and lucky there was a bed not taken. This practice is very poor and unsafe. I deliberately chose this hotel because there was no pre payment

Just 10 mins from main temple. Lively location. Clean. Front staff very welcoming

The card reader machine was broken and they did not inform us beforehand. The mode of payment was by card as it was done through booking.com but they paid no heeds. They were stubborn to take the payment by cash only.

Location is good. The rooms are good for short stay.

Near the location. And hotel and rooms are very clean and neat. Room size is large. All facilities are provided.

The parking space is very congested and if they have more guests then we need to keep the car keys at reception. At least a good point is that they have inside parking. Many hotels I first saw, had road side parking facilities.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to Ambabai temple. 5 minutes walk to the temple and located in a good vicinity. My family room was big enough to accommodate 4 of us. Good Air conditioning and other available facilities The staff was polite and helpful.

Too costly, parking issue

Only upma was available at 8:30am. Not worth and too costly 4500 rs. For 1 night

There's no food or room service here (except for morning breakfast at 8am). There's a veg restaurant close by which they guide. However If you are travelling with kids, elders or diabetics, then suggest to carry some food, fruits, protein bars etc which will come in handy. Bathroom floor gets too slippery if wet, so walk carefully. There was some kind of room freshener or fragrance in the room which was quite strong and gave me a headache by next morning. I had trouble getting phone signal inside the room, but it comes up as soon as one steps outside the room.

The room and bathroom was compact, clean and neat. It comes with a TV, small cupboards. There were 2 towels, 2 small soaps provided. They gave me hot water kettle upon request. The locality is quite a busy one, with shops, bakery, vendors, restaurants all around. The room rates are reasonable and affordable and location is convenient. Manager Mr Mahesh Shanbag was helpful reg restaurant and travel options to nearby places. Wifi and morning breakfast are available (both these I didn't try so won't comment) The temple is within short walking distance - best part of the deal per me.

There wasn't any coordination between booking. Com and hotel. After booking, when I called property, that time they got to know about our booking details. This is serious lapse from your side. We booked 4 king rooms. But rooms were very small and nothing like those shown in photos. Photos and room description completely mismatch. Check your listing details again. One of the room had leaky roof.

Bathroom windows are translucent. Should be corrected.

Clean rooms and a very comfortable budget hotel. Great location. Good and helpful staff - they help you with useful local information.

We wanted to visit Sri Mahalakshmi temple, this place is ideal and close to the temple, the room, bath room is clean and neat. The owner & the staff are very good and supportive. 24/7 hot water, wify is good, they support for travel assistance. There is one pure veg south Indian restaurant in the same building, it is convenient. Also there is another restaurant Murali very close to this place it is also good. AC is good.

TV dth was not charged and needed many changes of dth boxes . Wash basin tap was broken and water was continuously leaking which was very annoying

Cleanliness, staff service especially owner Mr.Shanbag is a nice guy .
